I could not be happier with the help I received from Essenpreis Plumbing! I had sewage water start backing up into my basement and immediately started calling around for a plumber. Connie was so kind and made sure Brian got back to me as soon as he was able to. With the temps being in the negatives and single digits, he was extremely busy and kept in contact with me about when he would be able to come help-he even told me he understood if I needed to call someone else. Based on the conversations I’d had with them at that point, I felt like I could trust them so I told him I would be just fine waiting for him. He came first thing the next morning, fixed my sewage problem in record time, and even fixed a toilet that had problems running water that I hadn’t ever been able to fix. He had records on work he had done at my house dating back more than 10 years, well before I lived here, and came in knowledgeable and informed me of everything he knew as well as tips to help prevent future problems. The knowledge, communication, and kind personalities at Essenpreis alone are enough to recommend them, but the great pricing on top of all of that just blew me away. With any professional service, I’m scared to see the bill-with Essenpreis I was shocked in the best way. VERY reasonable to the point that I feel like I got away with something haha. Hopefully I don’t have a reason to need a plumber anytime soon, but if u do, I will ABSOLUTELY be calling Essenpreis.

We had Brian put in a new water heater and couldn't be happier! Connie was very thorough and helpful as we made a decision on what kind to get. They got it done really fast and it looks great! Excellent service and excellent work!

Extremely happy with the customer service & water heater replacement from Essenpreis Plumbing! Brian did not try to upsell us, he was beyond fair, and most importantly he was honest! We were quoted more than double from other companies. Brian and his wife were able to get someone out here quickly and the guys did such a phenomenal job on install. It is refreshing to know you are being taken care of by an honest company.

Great service. Wonderful communication. Were able to get to us in a reasonable timeline and took care of our broken water pipe and also added a new faucet for us. Would highly recommend.

Brian is one of the few real deal, honest and practical tradesman out there. I personally know several full time liscensed plumbers, but Brian is number 1 on the list by a longshot. He is truly dedicated to his trade and to his customers. If you need any type of plumbing service, don't bother looking any further. Essenpreis plumbing will not disappoint!

We woke up to our heater not working in 6 below weather (Jan 2nd, 2018). We called Wolf & Sons and they were here within a few hours. The issue was fixed in another 15-20 minutes. Tony is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Wolf & Sons to anyone in the area!

Wolf & Sons Heating & Cooling installed a water heater for me. I am very happy with the value and excellent quality of the craftsmanship. Tony was very flexible on the schedule for the installation. 10 STARS!!

Came home to a gas leak!! Had to have a repair on my furnace. Tony came out within minutes. He was professional, fair, affordable, and kind. I will definitely call Wolf and Sons for my heating and cooling needs.

Sadly, Wolf and Sons did not install my HVAC. Even though my system is under warranty, I do not want the installing company ever in my home again.
I woke up 4:30 on a Monday morning to a 52• home and the ac running in January.
I called several companies and got answering services except for Wolf & Sons. From the first telephone conversation, I felt at ease. Tony came out to my home and went through the Honeywell thermostat app and reset some things. As he was doing it, he told me what he was doing and what the outcome would be. Again, Mr. Wolf did not install this system. We discussed the HVAC, hot water heater and softener. He confirmed what I suspected, I was way overcharged for these units. He was very easy to talk to and was very honest. I will be using Wolf & Sons in the future for maintenance. Upon leaving, I asked what I owed and he said nothing. I appreciate their business.

This company is really good. They are responsive and get the job done right. I recommend them. They fixed the furnace on one of my listings that was set to close the following week. If you want honest ans hardworking, give them a call. Thank you so much!

Called Wolf and sons heating and cooling to come put in a new thermostat at our house. When I made the appointment that's all I wanted them to do but our furnace started acting up couple days before the appointment. Asked him while he was here if he could take a look at it too. Was able to figure out the problem, get the new part in and didn't cost me an arm and leg. Did a great job, in good timing, was very easy to get along with and made sure everything was working good before he left. I will use them again if I need to. Thank you Tony for the honest work.

I have radiant heat and 2 zone valves (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). Two of my "registers" downstairs have not have any heat coming out for several years and last year the other 2 went out so I had zero heat downstairs. I have previously had a couple of other HVAC companies out and no one was able to fix or even determine what was wrong with my heater. Tony was recommended to me from another HVAC company as the best in the business to work on radiant heat and I am so thankful that I reached out to them. Tony and his wife are AWESOME to work with and I now have working heat all over the house. I cannot say enough good things about Wolf & Sons and I highly recommend them!!

They are a small family business that provides attention to your needs, and they walk you through your questions before, during, and after the install. I will be using Wolf and Sons in the future because they gave me the best, most honest quote and did a high quality job.

The men that comprise Wolf and Son company are honest, prompt, professional, polite, and competent. I have had many problems with my furnace. I've had others come out and say they checked something but couldn't have because there was still dust on what they had to remove! Wolf and Son was honest and gave me options so I could decide how I wanted to spend my money. They would even fabricate a part to get me through! Although. I decided to replace the coil, they charged a fair price, did they job in a timely manner, and treated me respectfully through the entire ordeal. I'll never use anyone else! If you choose to use them, will you not be disappointed. No, we are not related.

Tony has outstanding customer service and ultra-competitive pricing. Work was performed in a timely manner and even though it was a muddy mess outside due to weather, they kept our floors clean using blankets by the doors and boot covers on their shoes. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
