I attempted to us this service company but they never showed up. They operate through a call center and not the actual company. The call center is unhelpful and refuses to help me in a desperate situation. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

They were all so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Mike our electrician was able to arrive early and took his time to explain all aspects of the work to me. Courteous and professional. I will highly recommend you to anybody. Excellent service! Thank you!

Schneider did a great job within a very short notice. He is a great professional in his work and showed great care for our new place. He is very efficient, prompt in all his communications, and provided a fixed and rational quote within my budget. I cannot appreciate him and the services enough!

Jeff from Sheffield Electrical was super helpful! We called having returned home to no power and no heat in the middle of summer. He squeezed us in that morning and spent time testing all possible issues. He found the issue, explained it to us and fixed it. He also relabeled our circuit board to help the next electrician who comes in have an easier time fixing any problems.

We had three ceiling fans to replace, but we thought there was something wrong with the wiring with one of them because of other electrical issues in the room. Because of the good reviews, I called Sheffield first. The woman who scheduled the appointment said when they come out, they will diagnose the problem and tell me how much it will cost. Two guys came that day, went upstairs to the "problem" room, spoke to someone over the phone and came and told us they could replace the other two fans that day for $800+ (my husband heard $825 and I heard $875) and sometime after that they would troubleshoot the wiring issue. My husband and I looked at each other and told them "no thanks, we will give you your service charge ($125) and you can leave." The one asked why. First of all, $800 to replace 2 ceiling fans is absolutely ridiculous and then they wouldn't even give us an estimate for the main problem, leaving it open-ended to charge us what...another $1000? I think he asked what we expected or wanted to pay. Do electricians bargain on prices...that's a new one on me. After they left, whoever it was (the guy who they were talking to on the phone?) called me again and once again asked why we didn't want their service. Like another review said, I don't even know if these people were licensed.

I gave Sheffield Electrical a call on Sat night while having a disaster. Some of the lights in my kitchen, bathroom and hallway just all of a sudden stop working. These gentlemen came out ready to work and solve my problem within 30 minutes. Something that I thought was going to be a really big fix. Not only were they very knowledgeable but friendly and made the process easier . I would recommend them to all my friends and family in a heartbeat. I am very pleased to have Sheffield Electrical work for me. I recently needed an electrical outlet added in a hallway, and it couldn't be any better! I hired Sheffield Electrical to replace my old and old fashioned pot lights with new ones throughout my house. You can't beat Hillside Electrical Services. I got a hold of them one day for an electrical problem and I was given a time and date since this was not an emergency. When that time came around Jakes was here promptly. He repaired our issue in no time at all at a reasonable cost.
