I would highly recommend Bisaillon Brothers Handyman. I called with a short notice light fixture and ceiling fan swap that another "handyman" forgot to show up for. They were able to accommodate my evening schedule and get the job done right. What a sigh of relief to know all I have to do now is pick up the phone and they are there to help. I purchased an older home with a tiny opening to the crawl space. It was inaccessible for me. Unless you were a size 2 and 6 feet tall, it was difficult to access the space. Since this is where my water main valve is located, I needed to be able to access this space. I needed the opening enlarged and stairs built to access it. This company did an excellent job. Mark was professional and built exactly what I wanted. Since it is in a closet, I wanted to store my vacuum in it. He built the new door flush to the floor. The stairs allow me to climb in and out with ease. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again for other projects!

I requested an estimate and the estimator showed up on schedule. He arrived at my property but didn't follow up afterwards. Two days later, I called the office to inquire about a quote, and they initially promised delivery - never materializing. Given their unprofessional start, it's likely their work would be similarly subpar.

I had a positive experience with this business. The technicians arrived promptly for the job. They left my property tidy, including the power wash and gutters. I'll be using their services again in the future.

I've had Pro Team Works maintain my gutters for three years now, consistently showing up on schedule and getting the job done well.

I recently had my gutters cleaned by this service, which did an excellent job. Both sides of my bungalow were clogged, but the two guys arrived quickly, got on the roof, and completed the task in 15 minutes. The issue was the downspouts - after a large storm just a few days later, the problem was resolved and no more water overflowed.

The work was completed, but the gutters were clogged soon after, and it took just under a week for them to happen. When I tried to negotiate a price adjustment, they refused, citing a spring visit before tree helicopters started falling branches - despite never mentioning this as a risk beforehand. They then sent the bill to a collection agency with an unauthorized interest charge. This lack of customer service is appalling and I would advise others to steer clear.

They showed up on schedule and started cleaning the outside windows. Overall, it was satisfactory, but had some minor issues - there were noticeable circular streaks left behind on a few of them.
