But when the next person showed up, only one of the required repairs was done, and he insisted that it was the only one, claiming he'd do the others for free.

I asked to speak with someone higher up, but the manager, Doug, told me he wasn't available. Instead, Doug suggested that I go outside and point out what needed fixing.

I pointed out that this was what they should have done when they first inspected my deck and provided the estimate for staining and repairs. On a subsequent phone call, Doug claimed that he had passed on my concerns to the owner, but revealed that the owner was actually out of the country until late August or early September. To make matters worse, it took three weeks from the initial date to complete the entire process - far longer than expected.

I've encountered subpar customer service before, but my experience with Pro Team Works takes the cake. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication were staggering. I'll never be using this company's services again.
