I've always been happy with the quality of Greenwise's work, but sometimes they out-do themselves. They had planned to mulch our beds on the 9th but were delayed. When I asked what happened, they arrived at 8am this morning (the 12th) with a truckload of mulch and a truckload of workers. Beautiful mulch was generously applied, all signs or work were cleaned up, and an empty mulch truck pulled out a half hour later. Wow. Amazing service and I feel virtuous know my organic, safe, and effective Greenwise applications are making Chicago a little better with each visit.

I have used Greenwise for several years for landscaping, snow removal and outdoor projects. They are sublime. A few years back they underwent a change in management/ownership and I was, quite frankly, a bit concerned. But then, lucky me, Brian Bailie was assigned to me to be my account manager. I could not ask for a more professional, knowledgeable and responsive person. And he is so very pleasant! Brian is a fabulous troubleshooter....Should a problem arise, he rapidly and smoothly swoops in to resolve whatever issue crops up, directly handling the situation himself. What a pleasure!

I have been using Greenwise for the last 5+ years, both in the city and now in the suburbs. They have done a really nice job with specific landscaping projects and weekly maintenance. I am currently using them for a project in our side yard to connect a grill pad and putting green with landscaping. Great company all around.

We've had great experiences with Greenwise at our home on the north shore. Greenwise has installed 5 trees and a few dozen perennials for us since spring 2020 -- all are doing well. I think we've only lost one plant over that time period - probably because of our dog. They also successfully removed 2 unhealthy/dying trees that we inherited with the property. The Greenwise design and project team is professional and easy to work with, and their pricing is market competitive.

We have used 2 of the top Northshore landscaping services for many years and have had issues with both. This year we made the leap to Greenwise and I couldn't be happier. Josh Larson and our maintenance crew have been outstanding. Josh always quickly responds to my questions and concerns. I feel like he listens and that we are working together to upgrade and maintain our landscaping keeping expenses in mind as well. Josh, Justin, and the crew are true professionals, who are always responsive. I love that I receive updates about services to be performed. We have 3 little Yorkies and have confidence now that we are doing the best things now to keep them safe in our yard. We have been pleased with the natural, safe pest control we are using this year. Greenwise has been a great resource for our lawn and garden. The package we chose for year long lawn care was well worth the very reasonable price. They send emails to inform us of upcoming lawn care treatments and also communicate when there will be a delay. Our lawn is fantastic!!!
