I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. As a busy family with young children, we can't afford to have our air conditioning system malfunctioning. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver. Their technician was unreliable and didn't complete the job as promised. After three visits, he left my unit in an incomplete state on the second visit and claimed it was working fine on the third, but I know better.

As soon as he walked out the door, I called him back and reported that the AC fan was running intermittently, not working properly at all. To make matters worse, when I showed him the video of me explaining the issue, he told me I needed a new AC unit altogether - it was a complete overhaul. Needless to say, I would advise other families with young children to avoid this company and opt for someone who knows their stuff.
