When diagnosing the problem, he was very thorough in explaining what caused the problem, as well as future problems that could occur because of the issue. I’ve had a different plumbing company come out for the same issue before and they didn’t properly fix our problem and didn’t explain things like Ed from Aleck Plumbing did. Aleck Plumbing seems to be a great company who hires quality plumbers. I’m so glad I went with them instead of other near by companies or using the scam of a home warranty that came with the purchase of our home. I’ll definitely use Aleck for all of our future plumbing needs.

I was told that the initial $95 visit would be deducted from my total bill but that didn't happen. It has almost been a month and they keep giving me the run around about refunding the $95. Also I was emailed a $50 coupon from " Plumbers 911" and Aleck plumbing refuse to honor it. I called Plumbers 911 to see if Aleck plumbing should honor the coupon and I was told that they should have honored it.

When we needed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, we called Aleck Plumbing. We've used Aleck's services for years and have always been very happy with the results. This time they sent out Joe, who did an excellent job of installing the faucet and garbage disposal. Earlier this year, Joe located the source of a leak in one of our toilets that was driving our village water bill way up. Our last water bill was back to normal and our new faucet and garbage disposal are working great. Thanks, Joe!

This company performs outstanding work at reasonable prices and should always be considered when someone is making a decision on which plumber to use. I left a message on their website with the type of work I needed performed in my bathroom and received a call within 24 hours. I asked for service in 2 days and was able to receive an appointment within that time frame! The arrival window was in 2 hours... from noon until 2pm... and the serviceman arrived by 12:30pm, performed the work in record time and provided me with a fair price. I could not have been more pleased and will definitely use their service again.

My appt was for between 08:00 & 10:00. John called before 08:00 to let me know he was on his way and then got there right at 08:00 which was great because the switch on my sump pump broke, the pump wouldn’t turn off, was overheating and I had to manually plug in and unplug it as the basin would fill every ten minutes. John was patient and explained the options I had (I asked about installing a battery backup). John installed the new pump and battery backup system I wanted quickly and efficiently. He left the place clean. I will call Aleck Plumbing again when the need arises.
