I have no words to express my gratitude.. the best people I met in the electricity work business. Everyone I interacted with are so nice and patient. The work is so good and professional. I believe it was 'Ray' who came over to give us a quote and he told us at the beginning that he was here to help us, and he definitely is helping people when everyone else is looking for a way to quote you more than double. God bless the company and the people. We need more people like them in every community.

Everyone at O'Connor Electric is very nice. The electricians are a little quirky, but I think that goes with the territory - when they're doing estimates, it may sound like they're asking you questions, but they're not. They're dictating information into their phone or tablet.

O'Connor hooked up the power for our channel sign and gave me some good advice on how to keep the lights within it from burning out. The sign is on a dedicated line and so should be on an integrated timer.

There's no need for the sign to be on during the day - you can't see the lights! And you also shouldn't keep it on all night unless you're open all night. Just a couple of hours in the evening and you're good.

I'm planning on having them replace all the fluorescent bulbs in the store with LEDs, next.

The owner Ray, came out to my house for a small job and noticed that a handyman I had hired wasn't doing things to code or correctly. This handyman ended up taking my money and running.
Ray handled the situation professionally and with empathy towards me as the homeowner.
The office manager Jenny quickly got to work and had a team out to my house the next day to fix what the handyman had done.
Ray being professional and knowledgeable saved me from a huge headache in the future. Jenny helped set an action plan for the work I needed done and really helped diffuse a very stressful situation . She was so kind and became just the person I needed in the moment! Casey did the work and was so kind and skilled in his work.
I'm so thankful for this small business and their kind, caring and skilled employees.

O’Connor electric is awesome. I had a serious issue with the wiring in my walls going to my dishwasher that was causing a safety hazard. I called and spoke to the office and Jenny and Ray put me at ease letting me know they would help us. They sent Drew out to our house who did an amazing job pointing out the dangerous wiring in my dishwasher and then realizing there were more problems behind the wall.. He did some investigation, but eventually figured out the problem, fixed it all up and then, at the end of a very long day still installed the bathroom exhaust fan he made us feel at ease and safe I can’t recommend them enough.

O'Connor Electric took down an existing track light on a vaulted ceiling in my kitchen, and installed a pendant light in its place. It wasn't exactly an easy task, so I appreciate the professionalism they showed throughout the entire process. The estimate they gave me was a fair price, and the install went well. I'd definitely use them again for future projects. I work in the trades myself alongside electricians all the time, so I know what to look for

A special note that the gents that did the lion share of the work were great. Courteous, professional, and neat. They worked well with our technicians installing the equipment and got everything looking neat and tidy. They did a terrific job, and I didn’t have to clean up after them!

I have been looking for an electrician for a while. Good trades people are really hard to find. That is until I found O'Connor Electric and Ray O'Connor and crew. When I contacted the very responsive and capable front office , their admin assistant named Jenny answered the phone. She knew her stuff and she had Ray come out and look at the lighting job which was to put all new pendant lights in our kitchen and do some recessed lighting work as well. (I finally convinced hubby that a refresh was in order-lol!).I also needed to replace a special fan in the sunroom. Ray was great and offered some excellent guidance on the project as well. When the lights were scheduled to be delivered I called Jenny and she arranged for the guys to be at the house. They were there on time. So not only did they do a great job, but the all around experience of customer service and doing the work contracted was great. Thanks Ray and Jenny and crew. Installed our ceiling fans when we first moved to Del Webb, very reasonable and professional job. Did some other misc. things and never complained about it for one minute, nice company to do business with..

I’m visiting my 87 yr old parents in Del Webb and found Dave on google. They needed to replace their outdoor garage lights. When he arrived he also noticed we had issues with several smoke detectors. They were outdated and one in the basement was covered up by the ceiling when contractors finished the basement. Because Dave is so familiar with the homes in Del Webb , he knew where to look.
He also fixed a ceiling fan that my parents weren’t able to use..
All in all we found him honest & professional.

I wanted to give Dave a shoutout! We needed an outlet installed in our unfinished basement, he made himself available right away to give us an honest and fair estimate, explaining fully what was needed and the work that would be done. Dave came that same week to do the work, quickly and without any issues. Dave was extremely kind, helpful, honest, and trustworthy. Great professional work. On time and efficient. My only reason for the three is the pricing. My tech did about 15 minutes of work and used about $15 dollars in parts (max), I was charged $175…..I think that is a bit much.
