So far the best experience I've had with electricians. All issues fixed in under an hour. Jack is very competent and refreshingly honest. I highly recommend. Wonderful company with professional technicians.

Called on Monday requesting an electrician. Was told since it was late in the day someone could be at our factory on Tuesday between 8-10am.
At 8:45am called to confirm and Dan said our services were cancelled and a manager would contact me.
At 9:00am called back and Phil said that Dan was incorrect and everything was good to go.
At 10:00am called again and Dale said someone would be here shortly.
It is now 12:45pm and NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP or CALLED.

I've called Celsius four times. Twice they showed up and did fine work. The two most recent times they confirmed an appointment and didn't show up -- no call, no nothing. I can't count on a service provider that says they'll be somewhere and doesn't show up for the job.

I had an appointment for an estimate on repair or replacement of my whole house fan. Right before they were supposed to be there, the guy called and asked what I was talking about. I explained it. Referred to it as my whole house fan and told him where it is located and what it does. He did not understand at all, so I cancelled our appointment. If he doesn’t even understand what it is, how on earth could he fix it? A couple minutes later, he texts me and says, “oh, you’re talking about a whole house fan. You need to explain your thoughts better.” Ummm, I couldn’t have made it any clearer. Regrettably, due to the rude and, frankly, immature behavior of this guy, I will never bother calling Celsius for future jobs.

I had a few outlets go dead. I thought for sure that a GFCI button needed to be reset but all the ones I found were OK. I was a bit embarrassed to call an electrician but figured I had to. I researched local electricians and then called Celsius Electric Company . The electrician I spoke with was great, agreed with me, and told me where to look for the mystery GFCI outlet that had been tripped. It was right where he said it would be. Problem fixed. I love that kind of service and will go to them again.

Ken was very swift to come do an estimate for some outdoor wiring. The two men that showed up to do the job were extremely knowledgeable. They took their time and did an expert job installing wiring lighting and piping to run the wiring through. I was very happy with their work!!

Celsius Electric Company has been an excellent company to deal with. Their team has exceptional communication skills and has always been willing to work together to achieve an outstanding product. Strongly recommend!!

Ken was pleasant and honest is clearing a miscommunication I had from previous discussion with his office. He completed a safety inspection before addressing the installation of my outdoor lantern in a timely manner. His work was professional in appearance and everything function as expected. Needless to say I am very happy with his workmanship and gave him 5 stars.

They got someone out to my house within 2 hrs. Danny was the technician and he was great! He was very pleasant, and really knew what he was doing. It was a complicated situation and he figured it out efficiently. He is my new go to if I have any more electrical issues. 5 stars, thank you.

I called Celsius Electric Company over to install a bathroom exhaust fan and switch. They showed up on time, installed the exhaust fan and switch quickly, quietly, and conducted themselves in a totally professional manner. They cleaned up any debris and made the installation perfect. Highly recommended!

The company said the electrician will be there between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. It is 2:58 pm right now as I type this review. They are still not here. By the way..they took $199 from me for them to come and take a look at the issue. I opted to work from home leaving important tasks at work waiting for their electrician to show up. Absolute waste of time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

After calling Celsius Electric Company I was first struck by how helpful, clear, and genuinely friendly the telephone receptionist was. Celsius Electric Company electrician is a thorough professional and knows what he is doing. He is honest, courteous and hard working. I took his help to replace our main circuit, add some outdoor wall lights and add couple of GFCI outlets. While doing so, he noticed and fixed some existing problems on his own, free of charge.
