They were friendly in the office, but the company is geared for contractors and not the general public. The guy in back loading seemed annoyed that I was returning an unused box of tiles.

They recommend an Armstrong recessed Dune tile as a middle to upper tile, the quality seemed low to me. It dents really easy if you bump it into anything. Cuts like thin wet cardboard.

I gave them the room sizes and they gave me the material list which for my fist and only tile job seemed great, except I have about twenty 4 ft grids leftover. They have that line down we sell individual pieces for your convenience but only accept whole cases for returns. So FYI do the layout math first so your not stuck with a lot of scraps.
