Our sewer pipe broke at outside foundation wall on our house and plugged, causing a backup. Called Mr Rooter Monday morning and they sent Chris Burkhart to check it out. He was very nice and professional. He described the repair neeed and an estimate was provided. We agreed. Chris and Adam the owner arrived Wednesday morning to make repair. Adam used the backhoe to remove a very large old rose bush I couldn't dig out completely. They were done with job early afternoon. They used a camera to inspect and ensure the line to street was clear. The work was inspected by city and passed. High marks for a job well done by professionals. Highly recommended.

The person on the phone would not give me an estimate of what the charge would be. She did tell me that there would be a $99 service call charge. When the technician got here to glanced at the clogged sink and then told me it would be $500.00 to clear the clog. $500 to clear a clog in a kitchen sink is outrageous! I was still responsible for the $99 which I paid because I was informed to the charge up front.
I will not call this company again nor will I ever recommend them.
