Today Christian came out for the annual inspection we get as members of the No Drip Club. Among other things, he did a video inspection of our sewer line and was able to detect cracks. Now I can address them proactively before the line collapses and causes damage to the house. These guys are the best. They never fail to impress me with their professionalism, their pride in their work, and their clear communications. Thanks Christian!

Extremely professional crew and very good in emergency situations. Shane Waychoff came out to assess the issue and explain options Michael Wasilewski also took the time to explain my new water heater to me once installed. Peter Ranke was our mitigation tech and we appreciated his knowledge and hard work. Happily joined the No Drip Club and thoroughly impressed with everyone we’ve had in our home.

It was overall a good experience but did start off with a minor annoyance. I had scheduled for someone to come out on Friday afternoon to my place. I live in a condo building so if I have plumbing services that need to be done I have to notify the other residents in my building of date and time. On Friday afternoon I get a call from Blanton plumbing to reschedule. Not that big of a deal and I understand things happen but kind of annoying to go and notify the other residents of the reschedule.
Following Monday the plumber, John Hogan, came out and got my kitchen sink, bathtub and bathroom sink all cleared up. He was real easy to talk to and didn't waste any time getting everything working again. Seemed honest and even gave advice on how to keep drains clean for longer. If every guy at J Blanton is like John Hogan then I have no problem using their services again.

Garrett Ayers was very helpful. He took the time to listen and to offer us options that best met our needs. It was a pleasure working with him.

Andrew came out to do a camera scope inspection and diagnose a problem. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. Would definitely hire again.

Avery and Julian from J Blanton performed the semi-annual inspection of our house plumbing systems today. They flushed the water heater, cleaned out 4 sink drains, and inspected the sewer line. These guys represent J Blanton extremely well - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They make me glad that we signed up with J Blanton’s annual program!

Guys came out for maintenance. Water heater flush and checked the bathroom around the house. Julian and Brandon were knowledgeable and friendly.
