Roofing & Gutters reviews in Joliet, Illinois

Anthony did an amazing job getting our new roof, siding & gutters . He made the process very easy for us & took care of all the insurance calls. I highly recommend construction by Timco!

Love these guys!! Anthony has stayed in contact with me years after the job was done! So happy with our decision, good honorable guys that are actually reliable and care about the work standing the test of time!

My roof was damaged in the March 2026 Kankakee tornado. Tim and Anthony were wonderful to work with. They inspected the roof for leaks, met the insurance adjuster and had excellent communication. I am most impressed with how clean the work site was left. SPOTLESS! This is important to me as we have dogs. I 100% recommend them.

Tim & his crew did a great job - start to finish. Their communication is excellent. Said they would do it in a day and they did. Clean up was very good. I was blown away when they had someone come out a few days after and do another magnet sweep of the yard - that's customer service !! It looks great. Many thanks !!! I

Timco did a great job on my house in a very timely manner, very clean afterwards and was out in no time after I called him with what I thought could have been weather damage. He was very kind and workers were as well. Thank you TimCo, I definitely would recommend

Anthony did a fantastic job. Very pleasant, very friendly. I highly recommend him and the company. Also helped out real fast on getting the power going and working with insurance company to get it going. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!!

Had them out for some roof damage sustained in a storm in 2018. The owner climbed up with insurance agent and surveyed damage and made everything absolute breeze to deal with. Guys were all business when material got dropped off. Very professional and careful. I have a koi pond with stream right next to house. They made sure to protect everything perfectly. Recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times. When all said and done they reroofed entire 2 story house and separate 2 car garage and fixed water damage on house roof.

Anthony Rowe really helped me out and quickly. Needed a roof leak repair and he sent likely the best man in the area. On site the next day and job was finished same day. 10 year guarantee. This company is fantastic!

Jen worked very close with me to navigate insurance and handle my concerns. Roof was replaced according to current codes. Job was done quickly and neatly.

Great company to replace your roof and storm damage repairs. I have had 5 of my properties reroofed and repairs completed by Timco in 2017 and my father's home in 2021 which they went out of their way on dealing with the insurance company. I have recommended Timco to my nieghbors and have heard nothing but good things. Highly recommend

I decided to have my roof replaced when I retired in 2018. Tim Rohe and his crew were amazing. They installed and cleaned up thoroughly and efficiently. Then, in 2020, had storm damage to siding and roof. Called Tim and he came right out. Insurance at first denied replacement of the roof and only were going to give me a patch on a two year roof. Tim went above and beyond going through all the steps and was able to get my roof replaced. He did all the legwork so I wouldn't have to. He replaced all the siding on the front of my home and all gutters as well. His company is great to deal with, courteous, professional, efficient, cost effective - all around the best. Because he did such a good job on my house, my neighbors all wanted him to do theirs as well.
