We have been ordering wood for over 20yrs. Our normal guy retired and we found this place. We ordered 2 seasoned facecords of wood. A week after delivery we went to have a fire and soon realized the wood was not seasoned. It is so wet that it wouldn't light at all. When I contacted them to try and resolve this they didn't respond for almost a week. Finally when they did respond they gave me the run around. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They either don't respond or give you lies. I would not recommend them at all.

I ordered firewood from Luis and had it delivered and stacked. Somehow the stacked wood fell over. Luis sent someone over to restack it for us the very next day. Really appreciate the customer service! The wood is excellent quality too. This was our second order from him. Highly recommend! I told my parents about this company and they ordered their firewood from him too and my dad mentioned several times how happy they were with the quality of their firewood. Best firewood they've gotten in years.

Delivered a generous amount of quality seasoned firewood at a great price. Will be using them again in the future. Highly Recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with gingko and it was going to take them three weeks to come out. I got off of work at 12:30 since my appointment was at 1 to find a voicemail that they had already been to my house at 10:30 and I wasn't there so they are going to another job and I'd have to reschedule. Now I just had to wait until they had another opening even though I waited three weeks already and I couldn't do any landscaping in my front yard until this was removed. Very upsetting especially with the small tree that I needed removed.

Needed a huge tree removed in some rental property. I was very skeptical because I live in Florida. Just received a photo of the work & it is fantastic. You can't even tell the tree was ever there.

I couldn't be more happy! These guys did an amazing job on removing 2 huge elm trees in my back yard. They worked hard and left my yard cleaner than when they started. I highly highly recommend them!

Working with Ginkgo was awesome. Ginkgo put in new landscaping for our front yard, removed an old flower bed and replaced with sod as well as trimmed our front parkway trees. The price for all of this work was economical. We will use Ginkgo for all of our landscaping projects.

This company was amazing! We hired them to cut down and destump 3 large trees. They left my yard cleaner then it was before. Then I decided to bring them back for landscaping, another A+. Also the ladies in the office were always so sweet and helpful. ☺

Definitely recommended! Had 4 trees worked on- raising low hanging branches, removing dead wood while also grinding two stumps. Group of six were courteous, arrived ahead of schedule and incredible clean up. 100% recommended will use in the future. Thanks to Amanda and the crew on Saturday!

Ginkgo Landscaping came and completely transformed my home! I didn't realize how awful our landscaping was until Ginkgo got done making it look amazing! They went above and beyond what I even imagined! They put in so much time and effort, and I am beyond thrilled with the result!!
