Very professional, did an excellent job on my front lawn with a reasonable price. Quick response at all times.

Very Poor customer service. Does not respond to any messages or calls. Been waiting weeks to get work finished that they started and weeds are still popping up in lawn that they supposedly sprayed and did weed control. Have not been back to cut my lawn or anything just poor customer service

Called initially and Jose barely spoke English. Asked if can mow my grass he said yes. Then never showed up. Call 5-6 times during the week. No response. Waste of time !

Jose and his crew do fantastic work. Anytime I need anything, he responds right away and completes the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

We moved out of our home one month before it sold. D&M came highly recommended from 2 of my neighbors. Jose was great! Very responsive and dependable. It was so nice to have one less thing to worry about during this stressful time 😊 I highly recommend!

This was such an incredible team to work with. They were very responsive and scheduled with us very quickly. They did a major spring clean... cutting down perennials, cutting weed trees, pulling weeds, mowing. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I will not recommend this company!I put up $69.99 and they came out told me it was the mother board payed another 565.00 put the board in next day I woke up it wasn’t working then they came back put in a no charge part in it.Same thing woke up not fixed 7 days with no refrigerator at a loss of 150.00 in food.Ended buying a new one and theY NEVER GAVE ME ANY MONEY BACKThe repair men they use are The Appliance repair men DO NOT USE THEM.

First tried to get a receipt and was told my bill was the receipt. Bill said I owed $340 but money was paid. Repairman came quickly and first thing he said was “it works fine” but took 2 hrs to dry one load. Then he said need a temperature regulator for $341 along with the $75 “appointment fee” I already paid. I paid $500 for it new and $400 to repair 5 yrs later—makes little sense. Once completed wife said “she thinks” it was working ok but for me still taking 2 hours to dry t-shirts, hand towels, pillow cases- not a big load. Called technician who was saying may need blah blah. Today I did laundry and drier not working properly. Called company left message no return call. I’d like to get at least half of my money back $200 so I can get it properly repaired.
If you have a choice DO NOT use Justice Appliance repair!!

Just as a follow up now being a month since I wrote this review, someone calling himself the “owner “of the company, identifying himself as a “billionaire“ offered to refund me 40% of my money. As of the date of this writing parentheses January 16, 2024 no money has been received and the owner says he will. Zelle me the money “tomorrow.” All correspondence in the case he will do things for me “tomorrow“ but nothing has ever been reimbursed to me. Again I’ve not use JUSTICE APPLIANCE for any repairs of your appliances. They offer only a two month warranty, and when I had manufacturer come out, they indicated nothing was changed in the dryer although Justice appliance indicated, they changed the temperature sensor, Maytag says it was originally equipment.

Called and told them I had to replace evaporator fan motor on LG refrigerator and I have part. How much to install?? “We have to come out and charge you $59.99 for service call and then we can tell you how much!”
No I want you to install a evaporator fan motor for my leg refrigerator how much?? Why is that so difficult to answer??give me a price for the labor ?? Your business is less than 5 minutes away from my home!

I had a terrible experience with this business. The owner came across as dismissive and arrogant, leaving a strong unpleasant scent behind. They appeared more interested in making money than providing legitimate services, taking advantage of customers who didn't need work done.

The work done was of high quality, installers arrived promptly and completed the task efficiently. I would definitely recommend this service.

Prompt, local service saved the day when I needed it most - twice, actually. The fact that they're available on short notice makes all the difference for emergency situations. Definitely worth recommending.
