I had a man named jeff come out a couple years ago and not only did he fix my sewer problem he was very good looking and respectful what a professional wish more plumbers were like him

I had a sewer problem that two other companies couldn't diagnose properly, the crew that came out got right to the problem, explained it to me in a way I could understand, gave me a plan of action, got right to work on the spot and everything went exactly how they said it would.. gotta give it to these guys, they work hard, stuff I wouldn't wanna do.. they finished when they said they would and I got what I wanted, my sewer working and the terrible smell out of my basement.. highly recommend these guys..

Horrible! Was to come on Wednesday called and said on the way. Never showed called and said truck broke down waited 3 hours. Said they would do it on Saturday promised by Robert the boss. Said their policy was to do service for free if truck breaks down. Never showed again had to call again said would come the next day never showed again. Unreliable! Don’t use. Lies lies! Worst service and customer experience ever!!!

I’ll give them that they come out right away, just like an ambulance chasing attorney. They will tell you anything to get you to sign their contract, THEY FLAT OUT LIE!!!! Oh we will make sure the insurance company will pay for everything, they know what their doing, they will work with you, they will leave everything as it was.....such liars!!!! They took advantage of my 75 yr mom, they bullied her they intimidated her into paying and then they ran away to cash the check minutes later. Do not use this company, you need to see these pictures of how they destroyed the front yard of my moms house, it looks like a war zone. The worst company to ever have work on your sewer period!!!!!!!!!

I had these guys put a brand. New sewer in my house in Hinsdale had the pleasure to talk the owner of the company about my own job he was very nice and polite as we were talking I had to ask him about his negative review as we were talking found out it was a disgruntle enploye that the owner fired for over chargeing people this guy was s writing bad revews cause he got fired the owner said this ain't the first time he did this to a plumbing company all I can say they did an outstanding job on my home and was a lot cheaper than the 2 other plumbing companies I had do estimates highy recommend them and they gave me a senior citizen discount thank you All seasons plumbing

My house sewer line is clogged and they only ran the line once and told me they can't unclog it because the problem is with the city! That to unclog it they have to use another machine with water (power Rod) and that has a value of $1200 and that solves the problem for me. I asked him to Rod the line one more time and he told me if he those he would charge me an extra $250. I have called other companies and they don't leave until they uncover the pipe.

I was referred to All Season Plumbing and Sewer Solutions because the internal plumbing in my house was backed up. Robert from All Seasons wrote up an invoice for work from inside the house to the septic system for a price of $5,200 – which he insisted I pay him with bank cashiers’ check – which I gave him. His crew came out and dug up an area outside the house that was not mentioned in the invoice. The system was still backed up. He refused to come back to do any work so that I could use my house. I called another plumber and he cleaned out the pipes from the inside to the outside and my plumbing has been fine since. I attempted to get my money back from All Seasons and they refused. I filed sue and recently received a $9,500 judgment against All Season Plumbing and Sewer Solutions.

Had Scotts Plumbing fix a few different plumbing and a sewer issue in the past. They just replaced a pump for me when we had all this rain. Scott arrived in less than an hour and saved me from flooding.Found them to be honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend Scotts Plumbing

The team is slow and unreliable. Derrick never answers the phone and that is why my review is so low. I do think the work and assessments they do are solid and good, based on previous work. But, not only don’t they answer the phone, they don’t return calls either, even in an emergency.

Super quick and pain free! These guys showed up within minutes on a Saturday and were done in about an hour. Fantastic service, reasonable prices and great attitude. They left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived.

These guys are great!! They saved us thousands of dollars by being honest.
We noticed a lot of seepage coming through the concrete in our basement where the waste water plumbing exits our foundation. We had gotten a quote from another plumber (Mendel Plumbing) who looked through with a camera and told us that the pipe had sheared and that we would have to spend almost $5,000 to dig up our front yard and replace the cast iron connecting pipe. They also said it wasn't something we could do ourselves because that type of digging would be considered "construction".
Fast forward to connecting with American Municipal Private Plumbing... They also looked through with a camera and let us watch what they were doing. They walked us through every foot of pipe (100 feet out) showing us everything along the way. They especially focused on the area we were told was the issue by the other company, and it turns out, there was NOTHING wrong with it! Had we trusted the first guys, we would have spent thousands for nothing.
We are so grateful to Derek and Sam for not only helping us out, but also for being honest and personable guys! There's no question, these guys are great!

We were in urgent need of a plumber to fix our leaky pipes to our main water line as the village had shut down our water. The crew at AMP plumbing did an excellent job fixing a leaky pipe in my main water line that was located on my driveway. Derek is very responsive and provided a reasonable and honest estimate for us. He also helped us install a sewage access point above ground for easier accessibility to unclogging the sewer line in the future. His crew arrived earlier than the appointment time and finished the job in a few hours. They also cleaned up all the debris after they were done. I highly recommend AMP plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
