Scheduled an appointment. 8-11 no one called to let me no that the he would be late. No one ever showed up. Asked for a refund and was told that it would take 3- 5 business days. Beware

Team changed out two cover/sockets; one in the dining room and one in the laundry room. They left the cover off in the laundry room outlet and I've tried contacting the lead (Carlos) several times (call & text) but he has not responded. Without the socket cover, I cannot rate the work over "average". I'm going to have to purchase and install myself.

Great service for a challenging home electrical problem. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient troubleshooting a complicated problem with the ancient wiring in my house. Would definitely recommend and call again for any electrical problems I might have. Kenny also took great pains to ensure my safety with regard to this problem with my very old wiring.

Empire Electrical did installation of LED lighting in the garage, installed new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on the upper and lower levels and grounded intake water to water meter. Very pleased with the work, cleanliness and positive approach of my electrician. He was prompt and very efficient.

James was able to come out that same day. We had an issue with a GFCI tripping and not resetting, and he was able to determine the issue and fix it. Empire Electrical is a great company. They do great work and I can't thank them and especially James enough for what they've done for us!

I contacted Empire Electrical to take down an old light fixture, put up a new one, and install a new dimmer switch. They responded the same day to get a quote going. After answering a few questions and sending a picture I had a quote and within the day was scheduled for an appointment. The technician was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. If you want a very responsive and professional company, this is the place to be.

The rates were competitive. Empire Electrical had an appointment available the next day. The 2 gentlemen that assisted me were professional and considerate. They even were willing to come back and investigate an immediate pop-up issue after they had left free of charge. Amazing!!

Paid a $100 booking fee for no one to show up. This place is a scam. People calling me saying they’re coming and never did I waited 3 hours.

The electrician was extremely courteous and patient. He examined our electrical problem thoroughly. Then, once he was finished, he explained our problems to us in an easy-to-understand manner. He explained our options and then went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. He got right to work once we decided on a course of action. He did an excellent job of resolving our issue, and we will definitely use Empire Electrical and request his services again if the need arises.

These guys were incredible. Had they come out to install a few outlets in my backyard for string lights? That job went so well that when they came back to finish up one small part of that job, I had them install an outlet on the front of my house for landscape lighting. For both jobs, they clearly explained all my options, pros/cons for each option, and helped me make the right decisions. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and did fantastic work. Empire Electrical have earned my business for any electrical needs going forward.
