I requested a quote to replace my single-story building's furnace, only to be told I needed to go on the rooftop myself to get the necessary info. A ladder was required for a 1 story building, which seems excessive and unnecessary. The fact that a customer would be expected to perform this work is unacceptable and bordering on insulting. To make matters worse, they asked if I knew the cost of my unit - it's astonishing how little regard they seem to have for their customers' time and knowledge. Needless to say, we won't be using them.
