Needed 20 feet of hedges removed, and a lilac bush. Their quotes were over double all my other quotes. I do know they do good work, but over double the price of their competitors?

My Village contracted them to do some area tree trimming and removal. A couple of years ago, Ameren came through town to trim around power lines and cut almost in half our maple tree (looked absolutely ridiculous), and the next year, the Village decided to lay new sidewalk and cut out a huge root, effectively killing the tree. Yesterday, Stephens came to remove the dead tree and decided to park on my lawn, leaving two very long, fairly deep ruts. They also thought it best to drop the huge limbs onto the ground, leaving several good-sized divots that will make for some really good ankle twisting while mowing the rest of the season. By contrast, several years ago we had 8 trees taken down on our property, which caused no damage to my lawn. So sad that people just don’t care what kind of damage they do, and more so, don’t care about trying to do a good job.

I used this company several years ago and elected to use them again on my current project. They do an amazing job. I had two large maples and two pretty good sized blue spruces removed. They showed up when promised, did the job, cleaned up the site nicely. Reasonable pricing for such extensive work. Highly recommended for your tree needs.

I had them take down 24 trees and haul away the remains. They got the job done ahead of schedule and the cleanup was near perfect. The crew was friendly and worked great together. I was happy with the price also.

Their team came out and removed two huge Maple trees that were looming over the old farm house and messing up the septic lines in about 5 hours flat! Very impressed with how quickly they took care of business and not a single branch touched the house. Should have done this several years ago. Can't thank them enough!

The owners came out when they said they would and gave us an estimate to remove a large branch that was hit by lightning a week or so ago. Ordered wood at the same time along with a load of mulch and they sent a whole crew the next morning to take down the branch and do clean up while two other men were stacking the wood and placing the mulch. Amazing work and it was like they were never even here when they were done. Totally clean. We would highly recommend this company.

The guys came out and took down 3 big trees right next to my house that had limbs over the roof and power lines. Very professional crew. Ground out the stumps and did a great job cleaning up as well. This was the second time we have used their services. Highly recommend!
