THESE GUYS WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE! I have a GE Cafe French door refrigerator that was constantly running! I couldn’t figure it out so I called this company and agreed to paying $95 for a service call. The guy came out and within 5 mins he advised me that my doors were not aligned properly and the inside flap was not working properly. He stated this would cost me $350 dollars to fix and would take him about 20mins, no parts needed. I told him no thanks! I watched a 2min video on YouTube and corrected the problem with a couple turns of an Allen wrench. 5 mins total. I’m not arguing the $95 service call. 20mins to fix this problem…$350 come on. I called later that day, spoke with Paul and explained my frustration. He said a manager would call me back that day. What do you know. No response from anyone. Don’t waste your time. Go with another company. This is a giant scam.
