Company is blocking traffic on a residential road, making nearly impossible for people to travel and blocking someone's drive way. They did not direct traffic well nor did they have a cop present to help.

I have worked with Donegal for many years. They are fair, consistent and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Today I had a terrifying experience with a man driving this company’s truck. I was on the far right side of the road and the truck began to merge onto the lane I was in. I beeped my horn over several times and he still proceeded to merge onto my lane. I was forced to ride on the gravel for minutes until I was able to speed past him. Once I was in front of him he honked his horn at me as if I did something wrong. He then sped up and began to get closer to my vehicle. So I got over to the left of him. And once I was on his left side he started to merge onto my vehicle once again! We both were stopped at the red light and the guy then stuck his middle finger up at me and proceeded to drive away. Whom ever he is he needs to be taken off the streets of Lorain County Ohio seeing that this incident could of ended completely horrible for not only me but the other cars that hard to proceed with caution because they were also scared of his actions! I got lucky because I didn’t have my son in the car with me but others might not be that lucky!

We have been using Donegal for the last three years and is always on time with there deliveries and fair price.. We definitely recommend them over any other dumpster company…

Normally I don't provide reviews. However I give 5 star to Donegal service!
We had outside water leaks with broken pipe, and water was coming in the basement.
Simon, Dave, Chris and their team came right away despite of their huge backlog.
Most importantly Dave analyze location of 30 feet long pipe and fix the leak.
I would recommend to hire for their services

The workers were great and thankfully I understand prints and what the goal was. The sales and estimates area need to learn a few skills. I had tried in the nicest way possible to let him know his incompetence makes him look stupid, but changing numbers on the print is not the right way double check. Call the costumers and/or architect before you do so. Putting all the blame on someone else without double checking is a horrible idea. I was never asking for a price reduction and I felt his pride got the best of him. Just trying to help a person to not get stuck in this position again, because his numbers were way off. I hope he learned how to avoid this problem in a better way for future projects.

Hmm thats funny my wife went in to pay and yes things were changed but you explained incorrectly to her accusing our drafter of being wrong and when I talked to Chris, I tried to inform him to check his work. Hshee wanted to put all the blame on the guy drawing the prints. Chris also stated "if I put what the print said it would have been way off". Thats correct but not a reason to tell us a price and add 5000 when we went for a bid. Accept fault when it happens don't keep blaming others. He still felt he was right 2 weeks later when I finally stepped in to inform him changing numbers to make yourself look better and doesn't fly in an honest fashion. I have been raised yo not blame but help fix the problem. That is not taught nowadays😑.

Chris at Donegal was great to work with and helped set up the demolition of a single family home and garage for me. Donegal helped with permitting and arranging asbestos cleanup. Their crew completed the job quickly and professionally. Based on my personal experience, I'd definitely recommend.

On August 17, 2020, a piece of plywood (≈ 1.5ft x 2.5ft) flew out of a dumpster while it was transported on I-294. It bounced off the roof of a trailer and hit my car. The truck was going over 70mph and it did not have a net/tarp covering the top of the dumpster to prevent anything from flying out of it. I caught up to that truck and got as much information as possible. I called the company was told that none of their trucks were on I-294 that day. I told them that I had a video of the incident. They gave me an email and I sent a YouTube link to that video. On the plus side, their negligence did not cause a serious/fatal crash.

We have been using Donegal Services for the past 5 years and they are great to work with. Always friendly, knowledgeable and prompt which is hard to find these days. Our rep, Rudy, is also top notch! He always answers my calls and texts! Their drivers are great too!
