I would not recommend this company. While working on a tree removal at my neighbor’s house, their crew parked directly in front of my driveway, blocking access. When I politely asked if they could move, I was met with a dismissive response: “It’s a public street, I can park wherever I want.”

After I posted photos and this review, someone returned, moved the equipment, and left abruptly. This situation could have easily been avoided with basic communication and courtesy—such as a quick knock on my door before starting the job.

Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism and respect for nearby residents.

Came out day of talking to Jim...quick, good price.

Did what they said they were going to at a very reasonable price.

Called for estimate Monday afternoon, he was able to come out that evening. The small job was completed the next morning 1st thing. Timely and professional. Will use again!

I have used them twice to remove dead or damaged trees in my yard. Were quick to get the job done safely and did a great job!

I’m a repeat customer. They are very responsive and professional. I called him on a Thursday and he completed the job by Monday. The attention to detail was impeccable. Highly recommend!

We live in Lemont in a townhome that has a HOA. Parkway tree had Dutch Elm disease. Village doesn’t treat such trees and the HOA said it was our responsibility. Met with the Certified Arborist, Jim Viverito, who also is from Lemont. We discussed the options to try and save the tree or put in something new. We opted for the latter. Within eight business days, Jim had the old tree down, arranged for “Julie” to survey, stumped, and put in a gorgeous Maple tree. Amazing speed and efficiency to make this all happen. Jim clearly knows this business and does not over promise and under deliver — quite the opposite. He exceeded our expectations. We weren’t happy that the HOA or the Village didn’t share in this expense. However, we found the perfect company to work with. Now we look forward to watching a healthy tree grow and beautify our property. So happy to be supporting a local and super competent business!

After years of neglect, I finally had to do something about my oak, 2 large maples, 2 very large maples, three hawthorns, and 3 crab apples. Jim came out yesterday and gave me a good quote, and came today with his crew to do the work. I wasn't there to see them work, but I saw the results and they were spectacular. The very large maples actually look good now. I'm very happy with the work and timeliness.

During the past year(2024), I had the need of securing a professional tree service-Viverito Tree Experts, Inc. on two separate occasions (one in April * one in July). On both occasions, response time was extremely prompt and serves were completed within a one week time period.

I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and services provided. I would highly recommend this company.

Have used before. Outstanding. Jim took down a 55 ft tree in very tight area not to destroy neighbors shed house etc. and my home too!

I had an emergency tree removal I needed done ASAP to get my roof replaced and Mr. Viverito came all the way from Lemont, IL to Peotone, IL to remove a huge dead Ash tree. He came out and did the estimate immediately because of how dangerous it was for our children, our neighbors, our home, and our neighbors home and removed it the following morning. Jim and his crew did such an amazing job I had him come back and do my landscaping. He planted all my trees, bushes, and flowers with mulch that spring. Then I recently had him come out and plant more trees in my backyard! We will forever be customers! I highly recommend Viverito Tree Experts!

Very happy with the quality of work, we had so many bushes and three large trees removed and stumps removed. Tricky situation with underground wires was handled with great care! I absolutely would recommend!

I got recommendations from my Lemont community about Viverito! Jim and his team did a great job to cut my 160years old huge oak tree which was 3feet from my house in Lemont! I was afraid about the close proximity but guys did a very professional job taking the tree down piece by piece using machinery! They cut me it by the pieces and size I wanted. Also they mulched all of the branches for me and removed a stump! Jim gave me a very reasonable price for the work they've done and he beat all the quotes I got before! I would definitely use Viverito for all my tree work. I recommend Viverito Tree Experts who are looking for professionals for a reasonable price!
