I would highly recommend these guys. They are very professional, very efficient and very competitively priced. I had worked with a couple of the other companies the larger ones and they can’t compare to these guys. These guys are awesome thank you.

Stay away . Michal is absolutely non professional non experienced guy chaotic and lot of mistakes . He not finished any job but take money with promise to finish. We must repair lot of line set pipes too many leaks , on two Jobs no supply vent for bathroom. He just forgot to make. We must open drywall and install new ductwork and pipes . He’s come to job on 10-11am non stop excuses on his cold fevers or he need take care of daughter.
Some job he promised was done in winter time he take all money and now on spring we found never been done vacuum and never fill refrigerant. Than he not responding and start excuse him self because we not talk to him nice and stop pick up phone and stop communicating. Untrusted guy .

This crew is amazing. They took care of the property management issue, which another business couldn't do it. Also, they inspected furnace and ac unit and quickly determined that a problem was a faulty thermostat.

Best Team you can get for your Heating and Cooling in State of IL. Professional, Friendly, get the job done, and fair prices. Been looking for reliable heating and cooling company. Got brand new furnace and ac installed in same day. They not only done superb job, but made sure all my worries and questions are taken care of and answered. If you need help call these guys than anyone else, you wont be disapointed. Also Polish Speakers if you need them. They do a high quality job as if it was their own home.

I found BMC Services, Inc. through recommendations by several customers like me on a FB group page. Our AC stopped working and was giving off strong fumes. So I called this company and Michal responded right away and came same day even when it was after hours. He was very honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Didn't try to overcharge us which I'm so grateful for. Highly recommended 💯

I had a great experience with this HVAC company! Michal helped me, and he was fantastic — extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and offered clear, practical advice on what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable HVAC work. Wonderful service all around!

Mike was professional. He was apologetic he couldn't solve and fix the complicated problems we were having in one day. His charge was very reasonable. Definitely will recommend BMC Services.

Michal just replaced my 20 year old furnace and he did an exceptional job! He was determined to see what was wrong with my old furnace and when it was clear that the motor had gave out I made the decision that it was time to replace it. He went above and beyond to bring me the new furnace and supplies and was here early morning and got the job done. He wanted to get it done quickly due to the frigid temperatures outside. Michal was a professional and very considerate to my budget and gave me a great price that would had been a lot more with a large heating company. I highly recommend BMC Inc. Heating and Cooling. Thank you Michal!!
