Absolutely horrible company. Called for a microwave issue. The technician was suppose to show up between 10:00am to 1:00pm. No one showed up, when I called them, they said that technician was an hour away. I confirmed with them that the service charge is $85 (which includes fixing the issue). After showing up late, the technician looks at the microwave for 2 minutes which is on top of the range and wants more money because it will take him more time to fix the issue. Cancelled the call and asked him to leave. Don't waste your time with them and call someone else.

Friendly staff and fast service. They fixed my freezer the same day and the cost was exactly what they quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Our refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and we were worried about losing all our groceries. They came out the same day, replaced a part, and saved the day. Excellent service and very affordable.

I’ve used this company twice—once for a broken stove and recently for my leaking dishwasher. Both times they were efficient, friendly, and offered reasonable rates. They’re officially my go-to for any appliance issue.

Over $700 to ‘repair’ our dryer and washer. Washer has exactly the same problems (water level too low) and our dryer is now heating at a much lower rate, so we need to run everything through it twice. Have asked the technician to come back but never responds to our messages. While he was a very nice gentleman, we have yet to resolve the issues we paid for.

Gave a window of 1-4 and never showed up no phone call .

Impossible to get a hold of & reprogrammed dishwasher that was leaking from back and didn’t check or bother to notice.

BROKE APPOINTMANT!! WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISER BECAME IRRATE AND RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME.....I suppose that David's poor customer service and attitude towards customer service speaks volumes of how rude and unprofessional he is!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ALLSTAR APPLIANCE TO ANYONE!!!

I will never purchase anything from a place the has something to do with this all star appliance, they had me with out a dryer for Almust 4 months, they are very rude unprofessional workers that don't show up for appointments and then they blaim it at the costumer, they are the biggest liar, they Txt STOP to cancel and keep people waiting forever with out an explanation, I hope I remember this company forever by knowing they're horrible!!!😡😤 BBB

Once communication errors between Lowes and All-star were resolved, technician Bob was excellent, part replaced on Maytag frontloader washer and back up and running on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.

They're very polite on the phone when they answer they never return your phone call they again scheduled in a point to fix something that their repair person broke on my refrigerator and still have yet to show up an hour after the appointment and nobody is answering the phones and I talk to them an hour before the scheduled appointment time ended and they told me they would call me right back they had to find out if the repair person had the parts or the ticket with them because nobody called to reconfirm when they are the ones who called me the day before telling me they had an appointment available for me and I agreed. I would never recommend this company to anyone there store front at 3764 West devon, in Lincolnwood is a sham it is a papered up store front no personnel on site at all

Terrible company. Didn't show for appointments, wouldn't return calls. Use someone else. They think you're locked in to only using them for warranty work. I pushed the company where I purchased my appliance and they did agree to arrange another company. Do yourself a favor, you'll be happy you did!

Allstar was dispatched through my warranty company to fix my washer they were very professional and on time for scheduled appointment. parts were ordered and installed in a timely manner would definitely recommend this company for any household appliance repairs needed

@@@ do not use this company@&@&&Well where should I begin I bought a refrigerator from HH Greg and this is my warranty company now because you're out of business and their service is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life you call to ask for a manager there is no one manager their ticket call you back supposedly there's a Bob Bob never calls back this is going on for a month and a half I'm not giving A star but you can't leave a comment so please research your service company and don't use this garbage company they don't call back and the parts always on backorder from whirlpool! I rather have Abt do the service any day over this company be fully warned !!!!

Stay away from this company, horrible service they deserve a 0 star not a 1 star, yes I was rude and disrespectful on my voice mails but that's because I was dealing with this idiotic company for over 2 months and when they finally so called repaired the refrigerator it was not fixed and they told Lowe's protection plan that they closed the case because they fixed the refrigerator and they did not!!! I lost my patience I did not have a working refrigerator for more than 2 months in reality they did not want to come back because I threaten to sue them, for more detail check out my review on Yelp

The worst possible place to get repair work done!! DO NOT ever use Allstar Appliance Services, for your appliance repair needs! Unprofessional, inept and flat out rude repair crew. Particularly, never use the repairman named Berik Aymov, who is an utter nightmare!!
