Called a few companies. Be careful. They all claim to be Chicago board up but this is the , as they say ' the original'. You can count on them.

This is basically a BAIT & SWITCH situation. The company is A+ rated, and the woman who does intake is very nice, but they contract out the work to other companies that provide abysmal customer service and can't be bothered with answering questions or going beyond the bare minimum (even though you pay a huge amount for the work). I reached back out to them to assist in resolving the issues I had with the contractors and never got a response. The contractor was unresponsive and disrespectful- I still have to resolve the issue and without the help of the people that work with them. Unbelievable.

FOLLOW UP: Months after I posted this review I got a response from the company (listed here). Then I received a call from Jason, who said he was the owner of the company. He listened to my situation and said he would follow up but never did. So even when my issue was heard at the highest level there was no resolution. There is no way I would use this company again.

Attic inspection

Had an appointment to do an estimate and they never showed. No phone call, email or text to say they needed to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

Needed my crawl space insulation repaired. They sent their crew completely wrong instructions that would have made the issue so much worse. Thankfully I caught this. Really bad communication. Did not have a good experience.

These guys were great. They got the work done quickly and professionally, and they stood by their estimate despite some late discoveries. 100% would recommend.

Waste of time took the day off work for an estimate they gave us the date for 2-27-24 9am-12pm nobody from company shows we call them they say they forgot to schedule us if we would like to reschedule no thanks not reliable

I needed my attic insulation to be redone due to raccoon problems I had.
Manny came over and was very responsive and honest. Clean Air Doctors redid my attic insulation perfectly and even sanitized it to get rid of the smell!

I needed my Attic re-insulated, Clean Air Doctors gave me the most professional treatment, starting with the estimate given to the crew performing the job.
They applied insulation according to the recommended value of R-49 and showed pictures of before and after.

I called Clean Air Doctors because the walls in my salon was ice cold in the winter. They came for a free inspection and realized the walls has no insulation.
They were able to do the job on the following week, The job took 3 days because they had to make some holes in the walls and then comeback and patch them and repaint the walls.
They left the place spotless!! Which was really appreciated.
I can feel the difference, the heating and cooling system doesn’t run constantly like before, and it feels so cozy in the winter and cool in the summer.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Great job!! :))
