Apex has performed multiple services for me over the last few years, including window-washing, gutter cleaning and hanging Christmas lights. They are always very responsive, punctual and thorough. Apex power-washed and window-cleaned (inside and out) the entire house, including windows with mullions and some older storms. The crew was exceptional! Very punctual with time and did a very good job at cleaning my apartment due to having multiple cats it can get very tedious to keep clean all the time. These amazing individuals did an excellent job at making sure all the cat fur was cleaned up did so in a much faster time than I ever could! Definitely worth the money for a cleaning service!

Chris and his team did a great job installing new closet doors in my condo. They were extremely professional, transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend!! I contacted Chris and he was super quick to responding with the earliest availability and quote. Jaime came out the very next day...on time and completed the job. He put up my wallpaper, heavy marble shelving, picture frames, and a curtain rod. He was professional, quick, and very informative.

We replaced the floors in our condo which left an ugly gap between the new floors and the baseboards/door frames. We also had to get it back up for sale as soon as humanly possible. I called around to about 8 carpenters that all scoffed at such a small and odd job. I finally found The Good Guys and my luck totally turned around! Chris was able to come out for a quote the next day and Jamie completed the carpentry work and painting right in time for us to get listed again. I cannot thank them enough! Chris and Jamie are so nice and wonderful to work with. I'll be referring all my Chicago-area friends to them from now on!

I needed a faucet replaced in my kitchen. Chris answered my initial call quickly and communicated everything I needed to know. I got the quote quickly after and was able to schedule something the same day.

He was in communication the day of the installation and picked up a faucet for installation without the need for me to do anything.

The installation was quick and efficient. I'm 100% satisfied with the service and will use definitely use Chris again for my next job.

Needed a vintage door installed with barn door hardware to cover my stacking washer/dryer. Chris got back to quickly to discuss the project and estimate a quote. Got me on their schedule right way.

Jamie did the install. He addressed any issues, went to the store to pick up items my project needed, explained the process along the way, and delivered a well done product at the end.

We’ve hired Good Guys Handyman for multiple jobs we’ve been tackling after moving into our house. Ty put an electrical outlet in our master walk-in closet, secured an electrical outlet in our kitchen island, and swapped out a bunch of bathroom vanity fixtures. He also installed GFI outlets in our garage and moved the location of our dining chandelier electrical box and installed the chandelier (pictured). Jamie has done dry wall repair for us, changed the swing on our master bedroom door, and installed a door in the trellising under our deck so we could have under deck access, among other things. Chris repainted our kitchen island (pictured). We have been incredibly happy with everything they’ve done for us, which is why we keep coming back to them time and again. They are kind, personable, and great to work with. I’ve always felt like they’ve had ample expertise for the jobs they’ve done for us. We recommend them wholeheartedly!
