We like Loews garden center a lot bought pavers for the backyard on this visit. They let us bring our dog in which is a plus

We needed assistance with something on a top shelf requiring a ladder in the outdoor garden center. The friendly cashier tried several times to get us assistance. I went to customer service after waiting 20 minutes to see if they could help. There were two workers with no one in line. Neither person was interested in helping so I walked away and left the store.
