He calmed us down during a very stressful time and explained the whole process thoroughly. Super steam also did all of our reconstruction work and got our basement back to normal quickly. I needed help removing pet urine odors from my basement carpeting! After calling many other carpet installers and/or cleaners who weren't interested in doing my job, Sam was a real pleasure to work with. I called Super Steam, Inc when we had rain water that had leaked into our finished basement due to a heavy rain the night before. They were extremely responsive, professional, and quick to assess the water damage. Their plan to remove the water stains in the carpet, remove the standing water, and mitigate for mold was top notch. They even cleaned our stairs to the basement which had not been damaged from the water!! After the water was removed and baseboards were replaced they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.
