The service I receive was phenomenal. Jose came and installed my cabinets and he did a great job. Everything looks beautiful. I’m happy with their services If I can give more than five stars, I would. The service I received was very professional. Excuse the mess, waiting on my black slate appliances and matte black subway tiles.

Got a quote over the phone. I liked the quote but had to wait for the special order pieces to be delivered. Called again about scheduling the work and was requoted at an 80% increase. It was for the labor only so don’t buy the materials cost overrun. I ended up installing it myself w a friend.

ACR was hired to complete a shower replacement for me. The final product looks very good, but the journey to get here was not a good one. The only reason this review is two stars instead of one-star is because Cristian, Yari, and Gabe were very pleasant to work with throughout an otherwise frustratingly poor experience. I do not recommend using ACR.

Start with the estimate process. ACR came in much lower than other bids for the same project. They claimed they would be able to reuse large portions of our old shower (the pan, the enclosure, etc) which drove down the overall price. After waiting weeks for the crew to be available and the materials to arrive for work to begin - following the first day of work ACR contacted me to let me know they were incorrect on those aspects of the estimate and the price would now nearly double.

Second main issue was poor communication of expectations. They would frequently communicate arrival at a specific time and then show up 2 hours later to start the day's work. They would also have to immediately run out for supplies after the late arrival. While trying to be as flexible as possible, the team was not respectful of my time or calendar and frequently changed appointments and commitments at the last moment. The overall project was communicated as one that should have taken a week or two when in fact it took over four months.

Finally, even after the shower was "completed" - ACR had broken a part of our mixing valve and caused the shower to be unusable. They tried to cover this up and blame other factors. I finally had to call my own plumber to bring the project to full and final completion.

Besides being overpriced, after taking your money you’re forgotten. No response in getting faulty work corrected.

They didn't finish the job! Don't trust one Christian, one of the business owners. He gave his word to send his sub out to finish the job and after numerous texts and calls he never did. I made the mistake of paying in full after Christian assured me they would finish the job. Their business is a house of cards. Christian knows very little about construction. They only use subs who are disgruntled about working with Christian.
