Very pleased with Quality Air Inc. They provided air duct & vent cleaning in a professional manner. Would recommend them for duct cleaning.

Dan was our service person. He explained everything to us. We recommended Quality Air Duct Cleaning to our neighbors .

Quality Air did an outstanding job! The technician was excellent and very thorough. The price was by far the most reasonable of all the quotes we received. Highly recommend!!!

This our second time using this company.

Our technicians Dan and Sabino were excellent. They were knowledgeable, on time and very polite.

We will definitely use Quality Air again.

The technicians (i think it was Eric and Eric) were very polite, explained what they are going do, very careful with moving the furniture when they had to run the vacuum tubes inside the house and advised the overall condition of the ducts. They did a courtesy inspection of the HVAC as well. I have been doing business with them since 2015 and will continue to do so. Thanks Eric.

On the recommendation of a friend, I called Quality Air and scheduled them for the work within 24 hours. The tech was professional, courteous and informative. I am happy with the work and excited to learn they can custom build electrostatic filters. Will call them in the future and recommend to friends.

I first secured the services of Quality Air when I moved to a new home 4 years ago for both air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They did such a great job, I invited them back for a second dryer vent cleaning as recommended by my dryer maintenance program. Was able to come early, called to check to see if earlier time slot was ok and it worked out great. Moved the dryer so I could quickly clean behind-which was much appreciated. Very efficient, polite and professional. I highly recommend.

I called Quality Air Duct Cleaners to do some vent cleaning at my grandmother's house. She was really struggling with allergies and desperately needed this cleaning. Our Air Duct professional showed up on time and was so professional. My grandmother was extremely pleased with the service. She said it was quick and simple. The best part? She can breathe better now! Thank you Quality Air Duct Cleaners for your attentiveness and professionalism!

Mr Duct was prompt, easy to schedule, and did a great job. We had quite a mess on our hands and they cleaned it up within a few hours.

The technician was very friendly and had a great tree analogy to explain the process.

Very pleased with service. Mike was kind caring knowledgeable and professional. I ask a lot of questions and Mike was very patient and answering all of them as well as giving me quite an education about the process and the reasons behind what they do. He was constantly taking his booties off when he went outside and putting them back on when he came back inside. I was pleased that the company would test my dryer vent and take a picture so that I could make a decision as to whether or not to have that service done as well, and I was glad I did as it made a big difference. I was concerned that they would be dust around my house afterwards or damaged caused by the hoses, but that did not happen. I think the price was very reasonable.

Very happy with the service provided by Mr Duct. Their employee arrived early for our scheduled service and was not only efficient and thorough, he answered all questions with a smile. I highly recommend them for your ductwork cleaning.

Mr Duct was very easy to work with to get our Dryer duct cleaned. They texted me the night before our appointment to confirm and then the serviceman called me when he was on his way in the morning. He arrived on time and was very personable and did a very good job.

Service person was great! Great service and price was very reasonable.

Fine service, performed well. The lead tech explained to me everything they were going to do in sufficient detail, and then carried that out. They widened some duct access points to get their large hoses to fit, but then expertly sealed those access points when done. Efficient, high-quality service, and reasonably priced too.

Mr Duct was great. Affordable, reliable and good service given. Came at time promised, explained everything and answered my questions. Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them.

I reached out to Mr Duct to get my ducts cleaned. They were able to schedule me same day and at a very reasonable price! The technician, Christian was amazing! He was very professional and very courteous. I have a dog and a cat, and he was mindful to let me know he had to leave the front door ajar for a bit and if I wanted to put the cat in a room so he wouldn't get out. Then he did all the other rooms first and the cats room last. It's small mindful things like that, that stick with us and make good impressions. Thanks for the cleaning! We'll see you guys in 3-5 years!

I appreciate the great service and honesty. My technician was on time, and very friendly. Explained what he saw, measurement coming out of my dryer vent. Second time I used them and now I will continue to call Mr. Duct for my vent to be serviced annually.

Yesterday we had Mr. Duct Come to our home in Wheaton and clean our air vents and furnace!
The technician arrived on time, was very polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job cleaning the vents, checking the furnace and cleaning the furnace!
. I would highly recommend them. We will be using them again in the future.
