I highly recommend using Brass Lawn Care. Working with Roberto was very easy. He worked with me on the design, worked within my budget, got me scheduled quickly and made sure that all of my expectations were met at the end. I also had some last-minute requests prior to the work starting and he was quick to accommodate. It turned out great!!

Beautiful work! Steve and his crew just finished edging, weeding and mulching my garden beds. They also removed several tree stumps that have been a nuisance for a while. The gardens look wonderful!

Addlawn not only quickly addressed our backyard drainage issues but they worked hand in hand with the village of Lombard. Waterproofing companies never helped us. Addlawn stepped in and knew what to do and got it done. They put us on priority and we will never forget it. Our retention wall looks amazing, and we are so pleased with their work and professionalism. What’s a pleasure working with them all and Chris!

Just the weirdest experience I've ever had contacting a vendor for a client. The person who answered was unprofessional and sounded annoyed that I was asking about their services. They refused to give me any discernable information about a project for my client because apparently their landscaping services are VERY confidential for some reason? So bizarre.

Addlawn has been contracted for many years to maintain all of the lawns and common areas in my subdivision. In the last 3 years, despite numerous requests and complaints to not drive the large rider mowers through my small and landscaped yard, all of those were ignored and I have lost half a dozen garden hoses and lawn extension cords from being run over by rider mowers, a broken fence post from being run into. Numerous lawn edge lanterns run over or weed whacked. Damage to the bricks on the raised garden and damage to the large evergreen. The owner Kevin came out one time and like a salesman told me it would all be taken care of. Yet it never was and I was never reimbursed for my losses.
After complaining now it seems my yard was not targeting for weeds as the entire subdivision is clear except for my house which literally looks like it is abandoned from all the weeds. I called to ask about it and after a week nobody has bothered to call me back. I have no control over using this service besides voicing my opinion at the association meetings. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. I wish there was a zero star option.

I have been using Addlawn for 2 years now to mow my lawn and they always do a great job. I spoke to the owner Kevin about installing a rock bed and pathway in my backyard. He seemed to be very knowledgable about everything and I felt that I could trust he knew what he was doing. A month later when it was supposed to be installed, no one called to inform me of a an actual date so I could take off work and oversee the project. I must have called 5x to get a clear answer, there was absolutely no communication unless I promted it and even then it was only the (VERY SWEET) receptionist who was cut out of the loop of information, as well. The day they finally showed up (2 weeks after planned) , they were supposed to be at my house between 7-8am. Didnt show up till 2pm. I took off work and called at least 5x to find out where they were. No one knew, no one communicated with me. Finally when they got there at 2pm, they didnt even have the correct notes on what was to be done. They work crew was GREAT- very polite, very apologetic for all the issues. Kevin did apologize and gave me a discount for what was screwed up which I thought made everything right....until a month later and now I have weeds coming up through all of my rocks. NO WEED barrier was put down under the rocks. Is that not standard?? Now no one will respond to me and I have paid $2k for rock bed full of weeds. I would absolutely not reccomend this company for more than lawn service. Too bad I will now be canceling that, as well.

Needed some sprucing up of my home. Kevin was great at working with me to get the job done. His crew was very polite and professional, cleaned up so well you never knew had work done. The job was done quickly and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. For a company that I know does mostly commercial ...they made my yard look fabulous. Compliments from all the neighbors! Thanks again!
