I recently hired Leslie heating to replace my furnace & air conditioning unit. I reside in a small house (1040 sq ft), in the western suburbs. Initially the Leslie technician who was evaluating my old system told me I needed to replace my unit because it was in such bad shape the furnace may blow up. He frightened me so much I immediately agreed to have a new furnace / AC installed. I was ripe for the picking.
The tactics they use is fear. They charged me $17,000. I later found out that I paid $9000 to $10, 000 more than was the rate for a new system.
WARNING!!!!! Do not use Leslie Heat & Cooling -

I had an annual basic furnace maintenance done by technician Jim today. He was very pleasant and answered all questions. I will be using them again for other services.

The greatest service in the area. Our Technician Jim did an amazing job inspecting our furnace unit and answering all of our questions. Great guy and very knowledgeable and friendly too. Highly recommend!!!
