Honest and trustworthy. I am entirely satisfied with the service received from MNC Electric! Chris provided a quick walk-through and estimate. Today, Chris and his team were on time for the appointment, well prepared and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Chris helped us with an outdoor electrical issue and added another outdoor outlet. He and his team were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great company to deal with, excellent communication from start to finish. We will definitely be calling MNC Electric again for all future electrical needs!

Chris, Mirna, and team are absolutely phenomenal - we’ve worked with them 4 times now, and are always impressed by their communication, professionalism, and expertise. They’re extremely hands on and go the extra mile. We’ve had everything from new and recessed outlets, to security cameras, and setup for an induction oven completed by them. Highly recommend and we will continue to use them in the future.

I called MNC Electric and spoke to Chris. He agreed to come over and see the lighting
problems I had. He gave me a reasonable quote and replaced my garage light fixture and added a bathroom light. Chris and his team were efficient and pleasant to work with. I would call them again.

MNC Electric was thoughtful about my project. They left minimal damage after adjusting the location of a conduit to address a utility conflict. They installed an outlet. The job was completed in a timely and safe manner. They upheld high levels of professionalism.

I moved into my 1920s condo four years ago and was so happy to meet Chris then. He replaced the ancient wiring and was professional, courteous, and efficient—and now his expanded team operates with the exact same standards. I bought a washer and dryer, not realizing my outlets can’t support modern appliances. Mirna managed the project perfectly, even going to Home Depot because I hadn’t realized the power cord didn’t come with the dryer. They started right at 8 and worked steadily despite the heat. Very pleased with the results and will call again when I renovate my kitchen. Highly recommended!

I contacted this company to come out and take care of two issues at my business. They no showed the appointments set twice.

They showed up on time and were quick. They did excellent work. I'm totally satisfied. They were very knowledgeable, and the job was fixed. There was no damage done.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They wasted my entire morning. I took the day off and they never showed up. They also claim that they charge $125 for a trip charge and "Cant give any quotes over the phone".

When I called to say that I wasted my entire morning from work and that I wouldnt be paying the $125 trip charge because of them, they immediately called me back.

They were still 18 miles away and started giving me quotes over the phone. "That is the going rate sir". Well hmmm, I thought you didnt give quotes over the phone.

Huge scam, completely unprofessional.

Chris took his time to listen to our issues and presented us several service options to choose from. He was patient with us, very polite and well informed. He went right to work and completed the job quickly and accurately. We will definitely be hiring him for our future electrical needs. Recommended!

When I had a short in the line that led to my pool filter, John at Lampert Electrical Services came immediately for the servicing. Turns out it was something minor and he repaired it by running some new pipe and wires. Good prices for a great work. If I ever need an electrician again I will call Lampert Electrical Services!

Jeff from Lampert Electrical Services responded and were clear on all my options to get the power back to half my house. It didn’t take long for them to discover the problem and make sure it wouldn’t happen again. They educated me on prevention and even replaced outlet plates that were broken. Bonus: installed my smoke detector! Fast response time, masked, professional.

I blew a electrical switch on my power box and I could not get it to come back on no matter how hard I tried. I called Lampert Electrical Services electric and they were out in 40 minutes after managing to fix the problem. Their electricians were exceptional and efficient. If you need electrical work, I would strongly recommend calling these guys first and wont be disappointed..

We had two ceiling fans that quit working as well as a fuse breaker problem. The two service men were excellent--they came on time, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They not only fixed the problems but were able to wire the fans so that we could use the wall stitches to operate them instead of having to use remotes. What a relief to get it fixed all in one day. The cost was quite reasonable and fair. I recommend them highly.

Techs were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They talked me through what they were going to do then showed me what was accomplished. Trustful and truthful is the best way to operate a business and these two young men excelled at delivery. I will be calling Lampert Electrical Services again once I decide on two pendant lights for my kitchen.

Lampert Electrical Services crew installed the 220V outlets in my recently bought home's garage so that I could hire my woodworking tools. The technician was not only quick, competent, and polite, but he also offered me the best pricing I could find in the Triangle. Thank you very much to him and his team for a job well done.

When you call the 708 number it actually goes to the national lead generator "Premium Home Services", but they answer as "Lampert".

I had no idea this was the case until they charged the $150 call-out fee, when I saw the company name on my credit card statement.

The tech who came out was based 90 minutes away.

I have nothing bad to say about him actually - he was communicative and knowledgeable - but I feel entirely deceived by this national company (of questionable reputation online) posing as a local business.

The final price quoted for the simple job at-hand was a rather high $450, but with no credit for the $150 call-out fee, so I opted not to throw good money after bad.

I will instead find a truly local business to give my money to, putting the sunk cost $150 call-out fee down to experience and a reminder to check credentials more carefully in future!

No free quotes. The receptionist got all my info before informing me about the $80 service charge.
