Our hot water heater sprung a leak and so we called these guys to come out yesterday. Joe said he be here in an hour but it was 2 1/2hours before he got here to even look at the job. Then he says he will get the supplies and be back in an hour. Two hours later he's back...then it takes 6 hours for him to replace the water heater. He was here until 8:30 last night. This morning we look and there's a leak with steady drainage from one of the pipes That He Just Installed Yesterday. So now were waiting for him to even respond to the 3 calls(so far) weve made this morning . DO NOT USE THESE GUYS...THEY SUCK, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!!

We have used them for years. We had guests coming over for Christmas in two days when our sewer line cracked. We were left with no functioning toilets. This was a few days before Christmas. They showed up found the blockage replaced the sewer line while discovering we had 2. We have used them for years since and never been disappointed. The do stock parts and know what they are doing and are very proffessional.

Christian was on time, responsive, and solved the problem quickly. Will use Thy again.

Watched their truck almost kill someone driving on the wrong side of the road for almost a quarter mile to jump a line in traffic. I wouldn't want these people on my street, much less in my home.

I woke up taken a cold shower. Not good. I called Thy Plumbing and they were out in an hour.The plumber gave 3 options. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I very satisfied with work.

I had the good fortune to have Roman come to home to replace my ejector pump, he was very courteous and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain the type of pump needed and how it works, and he made sure that everything was cleaned up and thrown out. After 3 days of dealing with unscrupulous companies, it was a delight to work with Chicago Sewer Experts,I highly recommend them.

Listen! When it’s freezing and water is suddenly rushing from your wall and ceiling at 10pm, you want calmness, compassion and competence. We got all 3 immediately from CSE! Diane who answered the call was caring and kind and sent Joseph and Will to the rescue. They were expert and diagnosing and then explaining exactly what they would do. From call to completion was a little under 2 hours. They have new repeat customers. Can’t recommend them enough.

I'm writing this review in appreciation of Chicago Sewer Experts in general and technician Chris K in particular.
I met him in the lot of Home Depot and he detailed the companies services and prices as he saw me with a rodder. After my failed attempt at clearing the obstruction in my basement, I called Chicago Sewer Experts. Chris came and was very descriptive in what he was doing not talking down to me. I really appreciated his customer service and personable demeanor. He explained what was going on and the next steps in simple terms. I really appreciated him especially in the horrible weather conditions he came out in. Thank you so much.

Noticed our hot water wasn’t working and we figured the pipe had froze. We just moved into the house a month ago. We googled 24 hour plumbing company since we didn’t want to risk a pipe bursting. It was about 8:30pm. They answered and had someone come out within 10 mins. Robert came out and was amazing! He was professional, communicative, and was able to figure out what the problem was very quickly. Within the hour we had our hot water working again. We have a found a plumbing company that we can rely on and definitely will recommend. Thank you Robert!!!

Highly recommend this company and specifically Mike and John. They came out same day on a Sunday to replace a leaking hot water heater. It required 3 different trips over several hours, and they had to carry the heavy hot water heaters up and down 4 flights of stairs. They made sure to do it safely, quickly, and without any damage. It was a huge relief to get this fixed and would definitely recommend Mike and John.

We had a burst pipe leaking water all over our lower level room wall and carpet, called Chicago Sewer Experts and they called me back within 15 minutes to say they were on their way. Joseph & Pablo came in and assessed the problem, ran out to get a part, and had it repaired within an hour. I have dealt with many plumbers and these guys were the most professional I have ever seen. They were fast and efficient and left no mess. The price was reasonable and way less than a more popular plumbing company that we used in the past. Hopefully I won’t need to ever call a plumber again but if I have to, this will definitely be the place!

I called this company during an absolute emergency and they came out within an hour. They worked diligently to identify the problem and explain with clarity the resolutions needed. They made the corrections which passed the Village inspection. Very courteous and punctual with time commitments. I strongly recommend their service to anyone in need of their work. The work done was major and pricing was very fair and reasonable.
