Highly recommended. We had an emergency due to an ejector pump failure and flooding. They were here within an hour and took care of the repair quickly and efficiently. They were fully transparent about the problem and cost. Chris was great, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend them for emergencies as well as regular maintenance.

An awful company run by apathetic cowards whose contempt for their own customers is outmatched only by the incompetence of its employees.

The employee who answered my call told me it would be $85 for an after-hours visit for which I was ultimately charged $185 (more than 2x the price originally told). On that same call I asked the employee to confirm whether, if my leak was indeed caused by my dishwasher, whether the plumber they were sending possessed the tools and ability to fix the issue, to which the dispatcher responded in the affirmative. The plumber came and couldn't fix anything at all. What was the point of even sending him?!

I never would've had this company send a plumber over after hours if I knew the real cost was $185 OR if I had known the plumber couldn't fix the leak. I called back the next day, a Saturday, and described my extremely disappointing experience to the weekend dispatcher, and was told by THAT employee that the company would get back to me on Monday. It has now been six days since the company was supposed to contact me regarding my awful experience, so here I am, sharing my experience with you, dear reader.

Honestly, I have no idea how this company has over a one-star rating.

Based on my experience, the company employs incompetents who don't even know the most basic aspects of the services they supposedly provide, and the company's management doesn't respect its customers, assuming the weekend dispatcher even conveyed my issues to them.

The plumber was a nice enough guy, and I don't think it was his fault that his dispatcher put him in an impossible situation and is generally atrocious at her job.

Next steps are to file claims with the BBB and the Illinois attorney general for consumer fraud.

Robert was a very professional tech and the company operated with a sense of urgency! Would do business again!

Robert and Nick to arrived at my home to assess my toilet issue. They were really nice and even though the issue seemed to have resolved itself before their arrival, they stayed to try to figure out the root cause of my issue. Thanks Rob and Nick!

Frank was amazing, He showed up on time and got straight to work, he did not stop working until he got to the root of the problem. He walked me through every step of the way and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service. I came home to a burst pipe and didn't know where to begin. I looked up emergency plumbing and I came across Chicago Sewer Experts. Within 30 minutes, their call center notified me someone was en route and they called again to let me know he arrived. Tommy did a through inspection of what happened and explained exactly what he had to do in order to identify the issue and fix it. The entire process he kept explaining what was going on and even gave me a few tips along the way to prevent future issues. He ran out to get some supplies and when he returned, he got me fixed up in about 15 minutes. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and how to fix my issue. Additionally, he was so kind and helpful, when I was a bit of a wreck about it all. I really appreciated Tommy's extensive knowledge and his client services. I would recommend Chicago Sewer Experts to anyone, really wonderful company and team.

Robert was an absolute pleasure to have done business with. He came to assess a shower faucet issue at 8pm on a Sunday evening in -35 F⁰. Even though he couldn't make any repairs that evening, he promised to be back the next morning and get it fixed. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with confidence and adjusted well when more problems arose. I would, without a doubt, hire these guys again if I have the need.

Answer my call, and came out immediately. Robert provided excellent service. Very competitive pricing. I had roots in my sewer line that was causing a back up on Sunday. Two hours worth of service and I’m good to go.

These guys were fast and knowledgeable. Jesus showed up and within an hour had my drain working. I've used their services multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work.

1 star is too many. I can’t actually review them because they never showed up. Original window was 11-1. Then after they didn’t show up I called and the new window was 5-6. Then after they didn’t show I called and the new window was 7:30-8. Then after they didn’t show I did not call again. Negative 4 million stars

Chris was Excellent. Arrived as they said, within 90 minutes On A Sunday. He was polite & respected our home. We had No Hot water & Chris got the pilot light lit after our many attempts !!! My husband is a nurse who after a 12 hour shift Needed a hot shower. You may not know it Chris, you've helped a Community.
With over 700 homes in our gated community, we will be Spreading the news.

Me and my family became first time homeowners just a month ago and last week we discovered an issue with our sewer pipe. Chicago Sewer Experts were the first people we called and they did not disappoint. Excellent quality service from the whole team and Frank. We are thankful they fixed our problem and highly recommend to everyone.

On August 18, 2024 I had my basement flood. My sump pump went out. Since I had American Home Shield I tried for a day and a half to find a plumber through them but they couldn't find one available for me. They gave me the authority to find one on my own. So I searched Google on and I found Chicago Sewer Experts. I thank God I did. I had a very positive experience this company. I first talked to Mickey the company receptionist. She was very nice and set me up with an appointment today August 20, 2024. The repairmen that replaced the sump pump were named Roman and Alex.They both were friendly and knowledgeable about their job and answered every question I asked and I would especially, highly, recommend these two guys and the company to anyone who needs a good fair plumber company.

I hired Chicago Sewer Experts after a recommendation from Angie’s list to come to my home in Chicago Morgan Park to see why my basement was flooding. Frank thoroughly explained the situation, gave me an estimate and worked directly with my home insurance company to help resolve and fix the issue. Would definitely recommend for sewer repair work.

Roman and Alex redid my kitchen sink drain that had multiple leaks and they were great. They were super friendly, explained everything they were doing, really knew what they were doing and did a really nice job. I would recommend them and will definitely try to get them for my next job.

The work was great when it came out to unthaw my pipes. He was here for an hour and a half, 3:30 to 5:00. Then this happened. He gave me a bill for $950.00. He was a nice guy who was patient but that didn't matter at that point. I complained and he found some discounts. My final bill was $641.25!!! No repairs, just thawing pipes!! Really. Is this a representation...😤 that still makes no GD sense.

Plumber Bill provided great service for clearing out a clogged kitchen sink disposal! He was not just on time, he actually showed up within the first 5 minutes of the window of time we were told he would be there - that never happens! He was professional, had all the tools he needed on hand, and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend using this service!

After getting several estimates to replace my shatter cracked cast iron main drain pipes, I selected Chicago Sewer Experts. They did a fantastic job. The estimate was fair, the guys were hard workers who respected our home. They replaced the pipes on the inside of the house and installed a clean out on the outside of the house. So glad that we chose them. I highly recommended this company.

My hot water heater died and I just got a new one today! Chris and Nick came out yesterday and were super helpful and nice explaining what happened to my old one and my options. Then less than 24 hours later my new one was installed by them and I'm super grateful for how nice they were because this stuff can be stressful!
