Tried & True Contracting did a major remodeling job on our master bath. In addition to general upgrades, we wanted to expand the shower and get rid of the soaking tub. Matt and his crew demo'ed the existing bathroom down to the studs and installed all the new fixtures including wallboard, flooring, lighting, tile, glass and fixtures.

Matt was always available when we needed a question answered or wanted advice on something. The crew was friendly, efficient and always left the site clean and neat. We felt the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. We would definitely recommend Tried & True for any remodeling job you're considering.

I can’t say enough good things about Tried and True contracting. I worked specifically with Matt and his team here near downtown Geneva and after going through 4/5 different companies asking for quotes and having them come into my house, I couldn’t go with anybody else because Matt was just so responsive and willing to hear all of my crazy ideas for our renovation. Our house is built in the 1920s and it wasn’t an easy project but I had a very specific vision and I’m very opinionated so I didn’t make it easy. Family and friends that have come and seen the new house with the renovation always comment on how meticulous the work they did was. I’ve already recommended them to three or four different people and plan to use them for future renovations.

I had a full bathroom done with custom glasswork for the shower and a custom closet/walls converting a bedroom to a walk in closet/changing room

I should mention how consistent they were with coming in and often times getting work done ahead of schedule. They worked with me and gave me options that worked with my budget - I just appreciated the authentic, straight forwardness and willingness to work with whatever I had in mind.

Great service & quality work. Matt was always available to answer questions. We have had multiple work completed by them & always happy with the outcome. (Complete bathroom gut, flooring throughout the house, recessed lighting...) We have more plans & will be calling Matt. He is the only one we trust to get the job done right.
