I cannot speak to the quality of the work but I can speak to the customer service/business practices. I had reached out to this landscaping company online to get a quote for a project in my backyard. They were prompt in their response, and I gave them a VERY brief description of the project I wanted done. Without getting any further details, they told me that my project wouldn't meet the minimum to dispatch a crew.

I want to be very clear when I say this company did not know the size of my project, the specifics, or my budget. I had even mentioned that I was open to what they recommended, which was a lost opportunity in itself.

I will not convince anyone that they should have my business. It should be the other way around. I have done large backyard projects before, and will likely do them in the future, and a business that does a good job will get my referrals. Tentinger will not.

I am very pleased to recommend Tentinger Landscapes. They were very responsive to my request for a spring clean up project. They came to our home right away and provided the project proposal and mulch samples. They completed the work the following week. We had them clean up and edge the beds, install hardwood mulch, prune several shrubs, install a number of plants and perform a stump treatment. Everyone that we worked with was professional and pleasant to work with. We will continue to work with them in the future.
