I replaced my furnace and ac units. The price was very fair and the installers (Eric and Jose) were on time and very friendly. Job was finished ahead of schedule and left 100% cleaned up. Job well done!

Was told to call Air Management Services by a friend as I do not like looking at reviews or searching the internet and trying someone I do not know.
Contacted them and spoke with Bill regarding some plumbing issues I had at the house. Told him I needed the main water shutoff valve replaced and a few other isolation valves.
Bill advised that Ken would call me back to arrange a time to meet with me. When Ken arrived he was courteous, friendly and had on all the Covid gear when he arrived. Showed Ken the plumbing, he took pictures and told me he would send me a quote.
To my surprise I had the quote that same evening. I called Bill regarding the quote and told him I wanted to schedule a time. Ken called me back and we scheduled it for a few days later.
Ken arrived on time and did a fantastic job, was again wearing his Covid gear, kept the area clean, replaced the valves, refilled the water lines and explained all my questions that I asked without getting upset. He went above and beyond in my book, just the way it should be - something you do not see from others.
I know they do not advertise plumbing - but if you need someone that does a fantastic work, responds to your needs give Air Management a call - You will not be disappointed. -

I recently had the pleasure of working with Max at Air Management, and I can't recommend his services enough. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he is an expert in his field. He was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issues with my HVAC system and providing solutions that saved me both time and money. Not only did he get everything running smoothly again, but his attention to detail and excellent customer service truly set him apart. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and genuinely cares about doing the job right, Max is your go-to guy!

Alexis was extremely polite and adjusted our furnace as needed. Would highly recommend him and Airman in general. Always good service.

I have used Airman for several years, they installed my furnace and maintenance it yearly.
I needed a new air conditioner and interviewed five companies each having their own brand. Do your research there are a lot of variables, price differences, and workmanship. I went with a good off brand called Goodman, it’s been a round for a long time and carries an updated coolant. It saved me $1400 compared to the name brand products. I chose to stay with Airman, they have always done good work, had fair prices, care about their workmanship, have ethical standards, and had the new unit installed in a timely manner.
The longevity of your air conditioner revolves around two things, proper installation and maintenance. That is why I went with Airman. -
Our Air conditioner went completely out so we contacted Air Man. They went over all our concerns and helped us pick the best option for us. We replaced both heat and air. They were fast to get us in as we had high heat coming our way. They did an excellent job with installation. They are reasonably priced and don’t make you feel pressured at all. I highly recommend going through this company!

Andy, Eric and Asa went above and beyond with all aspects of the installation and service. I felt at ease asking the most elementary questions. The guys are fun to talk with also.
I was shown the work and they swept up any airmen!
Great job!
Thank you airman! -
Superior service and professionalism! I feel like too many of us only write reviews when we are motivated by anger and disappointment. I needed to take a moment to praise Air Man air management services. They installed a new furnace, ac unit, bathroom vent, and water heater all in two days. I am incredibly impressed. They were clean, fast, knowledgeable, and extremely precise on their work. I cannot praise them enough for their work. They completed the job in a flash and were very thorough with their work. Honorable mention to Ken, Eric, Joe, Bubs, and Asa. Great guys. I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for help on your home air these are the guys to call! Stellar customer service & work.

No Choice in Unit, Lost Key Feature, and Weekend Support Fee After Fresh Install - I had a new water heater installed by Airman on Friday, July 11th. While Andy and Asa did a good job on the physical installation itself, there were two major issues that left me frustrated.
I wasn't given a choice in which unit was installed.
My previous unit had an LED diagnostic safety light that clearly showed whether the pilot light was lit. I specifically wanted this feature because we run fans in the basement, and that light gave me peace of mind without having to open up panels and inspect the pilot manually. The new unit does not include this, and I wasn’t informed it would be missing. That’s a downgrade in functionality that matters to me.
When I got home on Sunday afternoon, the pilot light was out — likely due to the basement fans we had running to dry out water from the old unit. I discovered I had no hot water and, more frustratingly, that there was no easy way to see whether the pilot was on, which led me to realize the new unit lacked the diagnostic light. When I called Airman for help, I was told I’d need to pay $195 for weekend service — just two days after the install.
While the techs were professional during installation, the lack of communication around warranty coverage, how to get help if something went wrong, and the fact that weekend support would cost nearly $200 right after an install — that’s what really soured the experience for me.
As of today, July 15, there has been no attempt to resolve this matter.
Thank you for your response.
I appreciate the safety considerations you described—those are certainly important. That said, I want to clarify a few things:
1. While I understand the need to correct improper venting, I was not made aware in advance that this would limit my choice in water heater models. It would’ve gone a long way to communicate that upfront so I could make an informed decision.
2. My previous unit had a diagnostic LED that made it easy to see if the pilot was lit—especially important in my setup with fans running in the basement. I didn’t know that feature wasn’t standard. And frankly, with 30 years in the business, I’d expect a contractor to recognize how useful that feature is and mention that it would be missing on the new unit. Many models today have that LED.
3. As for the review, yes—I initially left a good one, assuming everything was functioning. I revised it after discovering there was no hot water due to a blown-out pilot light. That’s how I found out about the missing diagnostic feature in the first place.
4. A sight glass may technically allow inspection, but it’s not the same as a diagnostic LED that can be seen at a glance without removing panels or crouching down.
5. I agree—the weekend call handling fell short. I’m glad to hear you're reviewing that process.
I chose your company based on a referral from someone you did good work for. Now I have to figure out what to tell them. Honestly, I should’ve gone with Home Depot. When there’s an issue, they show up and handle it—no questions, no excuses. They would’ve installed it the best they could, just like you did, but with better support and transparency.

Loved working with Brian, now for the second time! Full of useful information and ways to maintain my HVAC for as long as possible! Thanks again!

Roberto was very thorough and took the time to do an extra test to make sure our furnace was still safe to run.
-
The technician showed up on time and was thorough in explaining what he did for the annual maintenance. Air Man has always been the best to deal with.

I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish.
The ladies in the office are very courteous and knowledgeable. Scheduling and follow-up is flawless.
Each individual texted me, with their photo, letting me know that they were on their way.
Ken arrived to assess my equipment to provide an estimate (I was having an air conditioner and two furnaces replaced). I informed Ken that I was not interested in a 2-stage furnace. He did not pressure me into buying anything I that I didn't want. He told me that he would have Sam provide three estimates from which I could select what I wanted. I had had multiple HVAC businesses provide estimates and Ken is the only one that checked the circuit breaker current capacity to ensure that the new equipment wouldn't be damaged. This was a major factor in my selecting Air Man.
The installation team arrived per schedule. One individual, Roberto, focused on the AC unit and Jose and Eric removed the old furnaces and installed the new ones. I was impressed with their work.
In response to an operation question, Jerry (the service manager) came out the following morning to address my concern and replaced the 2nd floor thermostat.
Compared to other estimates I had received, Air Man was very competitive and offered, in my opinion, better quality equipment. -
I have been a customer of Air Management/Air Man for more than 20 years in 3 different homes. I am happy to give them a 5 star rating for their continued superior service and product installation. I have had them for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency services such as sump pump issues or no heat and they have been consistently prompt and thorough. My most recent service appointment with Damian, was my first encounter with him but he was courteous and professional. I recognize many of the technicians from over the years and they all have provided great service. I have consistently called them for my furnace/AC but have used Air Man for plumbing repairs, a garbage disposal replacement, and a sump pump repair. I highly recommend their business.

I had them install a furnace and a/c a few years ago and have had them service the units since then. I found a coupon on their website and was told to print it. When the guy came he said it wasn't their's. He called office and the said ok to take it. That's is why they got the 2 stars. The problem was when the guy told us our motor was going on our furnace due to water from condensation getting in. And we have a dry basement it was the condensation from the a/c unit. He said it would be expensive and costly and not covered by the warranty. I called Trane with my warranty info and they said if went bad it was covered. Even when I explained what I was told. Then my husband said the company was bought out. To bad they are no longer reputable in my eyes. Looking for a new furnace company.

Asa and Andy did a great job installing our new hot water heater. Asa explained in detail why the previous one broke and how to maintain the new one. We have used Air Man in the past and will continue in the future
