I would not recommend doing business with this contractor under any circumstances. This was the most unprofessional experience I have encountered in my years of hiring tradespeople.

Right after beginning the project: there were multiple mistakes, misrepresentations, and a clear lack of professional integrity. Despite having a written contract, the contractor failed to complete the work as agreed, and what was completed was unsafe and far below acceptable construction standards.

A significant portion of the project had to be removed and redone because it was installed incorrectly and posed safety risks. While there were attempts made to correct the issues, the installation was never properly completed.

This is an elevated deck project, approximately nine feet above a concrete patio, which makes safety even more critical. The contractor left the site without railings, creating a serious hazard. Additionally, the holes dug for the support piers were never backfilled, leaving open areas that present additional immediate safety concerns.

The job, which was initially promised to be completed in about a week and a half, dragged on for over six weeks with no resolution. The contractor repeatedly gave conflicting statements about progress and qualifications, and at one point, their own 'employee' admitted to having no experience with this application type, then on another occasion stated they were not insured.

Due to these ongoing issues, dishonesty, and unsafe practices, we had no choice but to terminate the project and now must secure a qualified contractor to complete the work — resulting in additional time, cost, undue stress and material costs.

This experience demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and adherence to basic safety or contractual obligations. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this contractor to seek another company that stands behind their work and values honesty and quality.

Greg is an awesome guy to work with very knowledgeable and in tune with his customers in every project. Straight forward and honest, they will do whatever it takes to get the project done and they do not cut corners. Would highly recommend!
