Very helpful, friendly, professional and I love the prices. I was looking for a specific bulb that they did not have in stock and they found it, ordered it and gave me a deal.

I will start by saying that I am not a professional electrician, but I know enough to get myself in trouble.
I was taking the main electric line from the house going to a garage then to a barn I bought almost $2000 worth of equipment and wire from Butler to accomplish this.
On the outside, two gauge aluminum wire which you can bury in Madison County I did not notice that there were three black wires that were identified the same and one wire was yellow, a four gauge wire which I knew that was the ground.
Come time to hook it up. I called Butler and said hey how do I find my neutral line in these three black wires and basically the answer I got was we’re not electricians. We can’t help you but call this contractor who buys from us and ask for Mike he can help you. I thought that was very strange and I asked for the manufacturers phone number that I could call them and find out. But they refused to give me that manufacturer’s phone number.
I did call the contractor and the lady who answered the phone said that was a very strange thing for Butler supply to tell me to call them for an answer that butler supply sold me the wire. So I never did talk to Mike. He never called me back, which I didn’t expect him to, but I thought that was very unprofessional of Butler supply to not have an answer to give me. I understand that lawyers can’t screw up a good thing, and that is probably what’s going on here. They were afraid to say anything because of lawyers. Had a great experience, buying the cables and equipment, but a horrible experience trying to get a straight answer from Butler supply

CMC replaced our dryer receptacle. Andrew was our Electrician and we had a positive experience. Not only was he able to repair the receptacle, he also took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to identify this similar situation if we were to experience it in the future. We hired CMC Electric for some Ethernet cabling, and the process was seamless from start to finish. The project was completed promptly, and Andrew ensured everything was cleaned up afterward. Additionally, the price was reasonable. This is our second time using CMC Electric, and they've consistently provided exceptional service.

CMC Electric provided us with the best experience from the online inquiry for service through the electrical work. Being "seen and heard" is important to customers and CMC's staff were amazing at every step of the process. The office staff, consultant, and installer were so far above our expectations and so much more responsive than other companies we were getting estimates from for our project.

Andrew did a great job installing my Chargepoint EV charger. I made a couple changes to the quote and he took them in stride. He was done in about 2.5 hours and cleaned up everything. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.

They were just amazing. Their communication before the job was excellent, I had a ton of questions, and Marcy always answered me right away. Then the communication when the job started was great, letting me know who was coming to my house and when they would be there. Alex and Joseph were fabulous. Very polite and respectful. I really felt like they were doing their best to get me into my home - they did not treat this like just a job site. I felt like they cared that this was going to be my home and they wanted to do the work and do it right! They kept me up to date on all the progress. Just cannot recommend CMC Electric enough. Marcy and the customer service team are just as great and helpful. She was able to move my appointment to an earlier due to an adjustment in there schedule.

CMC electrician was great! He explained everything about what was needed and went to the (not far away) warehouse to get replacement materials. And he showed us what to do if it comes up again.
