I had Brian install a new AC and furnace. He is very professional, courteous, and takes great pride in doing excellent work and ensuring the customer is beyond satisfied. He gave helpful tips for maintenance and upkeep not only on the newly installed unit, but other major appliances around the house. He even identified a gas leak at the meter and helped with contacting the gas company for prompt repairs. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone needing an HVAC guy.

Brian & his co worker took out our old furnace & installed a new Heil model in 1 day. They worked efficiently & cleaned up thoroughly. We are we pleased with his service

Brian was great! He answered my text late at night with a phone call and was out early the next morning. Everything was explained thoroughly and tips to help reduce energy bills. Highly recommend him and will use his service again in the future.

Miracles do happen! We called Brian around 7:30am, he promptly returned our call and was at our house in less than 2 hours. He got our ac unit working and a huge weight off our shoulders. To say he is professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and experienced is an understatement! He even relayed tips on how to care for or unit so I will run more effective and efficient. Brian recently completed a service call on my very old HVAC system. His rates were rersonable and inline with most other companies preforming similar work. He is highly qualified and very professional in his work. His service equipment and technical tools show how much quality he puts into his business. You should consider giving Brian a call.

Brian is very professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Brian came out because I was having wiring issues with my thermostat and he did an excellent job. The price was reasonable and the response was the best I ever received from an HVAC company. He also gave me so many tips on so many other things pertaining to my home. My mom has Multiple Sclerosis and heat is her worst enemy. Our A/C went out and the heat in the house went too over 80 degrees. Brian came out within a couple hours of me calling, even though I had woken him up. He came right out and figured out the problem, and fixed the unit. Brian The Heating & Cooling Guy is AMAZING! My AC unit froze at the beginning of the hottest week of the summer. Being a single mother & new 1st time homeowner, I did not know what to expect. I read several reviews and did not hesitate to call Brian! He returned my call within 15 minutes, asked detailed questions about my problem so he could quickly identify the issue, and set me up with his 1st available appointment. He was able to get to me earlier than planned, called to confirm that an early arrival would be okay...and quickly got my house cooled off!
My very large dog greeted Brian upon arrival. They quickly became great friends! Brian explained every step he was taking & put my anxiety at ease. He was detailed when discussing preventative maintenance and shared several best practices that will help my "very old" unit run efficiently. He was definitely here to get my house cold today and not to push a new unit.

We called Brian on a Fri. morning at 8 am to look at our AC because it was not blowing cold air. He was literally at our house 15 mins. later. Fixed everything the same morning. In the meantime he looked at other issues we had and came back a week later to fix those issues. He is very professional , works in a very timely manner and even text and/or called to make sure everything was working good. If you need anything for your heating or cooling , we would highly recommend Brian. Excellent customer service !

I called so many places last night when my air conditioning went out and he was the only advertised 24/7 HVAC company to answer my call. He came out at 10 pm and serviced my air conditioner so we didn't have to suffer through the night. He was very thorough and kind. I will be calling him in the future for sure!

On a particularly warm day, my furnace and AC suddenly stopped working, and I was in a panic. I called the heating and cooling guy, and he patiently walked me through the steps to get them started over the phone, free of charge. His willingness to help me out in a time of need was truly appreciated.

After this initial interaction, I decided to have him come to my home for a more thorough inspection and maintenance of my AC unit. Not only did he do an exceptional job cleaning and leveling the AC, but he also provided me with several valuable tips on how to save energy and prolong the life of my unit.

Fastest response I have ever got for a service repair, especially on a holiday weekend. Our A/C was not working right for a week. We had a A/C tech over three times that couldn't find the problem to fix our unit and cool our home. Brian was at our home within two hours and found the main problem in about 15 minutes. He also found other issues with our unit that were costing us more money each month on our bill while not cooling home like it should. Brian is very knowledgeable about his trade. He gave us lots of tips and education on ways to save money on our monthly bill and repair costs. We highly recommend Brian!!!

There is absolutly no way I can emphasize this enough. My AC system went out in the hottest point of the summer. My first call was to The Heating and Cooling Guy. He was honest and forthcoming and indicated he was swamped and likely couldnt get here quickly. I called other contractors - two came out. The first company took my system apart and indicated they would provide me an estimate to replace. Never heard back and they would not return my calls. The other company that came out indicated that they were busy and the job was "not big enough" for them to take on. I contacted three others and never got anyone to even take the time to come out (even though all said they would). Finally, I called The Heating and Cooling Guy back and explained the situation. At this point I had been without AC for weeks with tempertures hitting over 90 degrees in rooms. He stopped by that afternoon to look at it and then fit me in EARLY on a Saturday morning to complete the job.
As I started out this review, I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic the service provided was nor how much I appreciate the attention to detail and knowledge Brian provided me. He even walked through the property and provided me additional energy savings tips!

Our unit died on us over the weekend, every place we called said they couldn’t be out til Monday. Sunday morning, called Brian & he answered right away & was at our home for service in 15 minutes! Was able to find & fix the problems, & also gave us some tips on how to help our appliances & what products to get to help us save some money. So my A/C unit outside had stopped working the night before it was about to be in the 90s for several days. With my wife and newborn here I was worried about what would happen if it wasn't fixed immediately. But Brian was at my house diagnosing the unit within 20 minutes of my call. He explained everything he was doing from diagnostics, to the repair, even the materials he was using during the repair. He was very informative and gave me tips on maintenance and a lot of ways to run my house more efficiently. He had the air conditioner working only 2 hours after calling him. I would recommend Brian 100%.

My husband called Brian when our air conditioning was not cooling like it should. He came out right away. This guy knows his stuff! Not only did he have our air working better than it ever has, he explained exactly what he was doing, gave us energy savings tips and other suggestions for maximum cooling. We know the entire system needs to be replaced soon. But there was no pressure to do it right now. We definitely will be calling The Heating and Cooling Guy when we decide to replace our system. I doubt you will find a better price with another company, but you definitely will not find better service!

Brian is very thorough and showed me what I could do to save me 300 dollars and called back to check to see if it worked. Then called a couple days later to make sure it was still working. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
