Electrical reviews in Matteson, Illinois

This team is truly dedicated and easy to work with. I needed to have my old indoor 200Amp electrical service panel replaced because it was falling apart. In less than a day, Camden, their electrician, arrived with all the right equipment and got straight to work. I was having trouble with my heat, and they really came through when I needed it most! The installation was completed in just one visit, and everything was set up perfectly. The work area was left neat and tidy, and the new panel is working great. They kept me in the loop with updates by phone and email throughout the process. I’ll definitely reach out to them again for any future electrical needs!

When Camden first came out to our home, he checked out our electrical outlets, which turned out to be a bit complicated to repair. He explained everything to us and promised to come back and get them working. On his next visit, he managed to fix every outlet that wasn't working, and made sure everything was safe and up to code. It took a few hours, but we really appreciate his dedication and patience. Camden was also very understanding about our situation and even adjusted the price to help us out when we were short on cash. We’re really grateful for the kindness and professionalism. All our outlets are now working perfectly and we feel much safer at home. We’ll definitely call Kaiser Brothers Electricians again for any electrical work in the future!
