If you want trees cut fast and with great service, this is it. Called Tuesday for estimate..2 hours later someone came and gave me price for a massive pine tree and huge bush removal. Next day crew of 8 came and took care of business in less than 3 hours. They cleaned up nicely afterwards too.

If this company were public I'd buy a few thousand shares.

Needed to have a large blue spruce trimmed since it was beginning to impact neighbor's wires. Mike came and gave an estimate and maybe a week later I was able to be put on their calendar. Today they showed up (was told they'd be there sometime after 12pm) around 2pm. It seemed as if an army of Meca Tree Service guys suddenly were in our backyard and the job took maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. All of the men working were nice. You can tell they are aware of how a homeowner might be anxious about damage to decking or yard or other gardens plants and trees. Great service and Mike was clear about what would be done and how it would be done. Give them a call if you need an estimate for tree work.

Had Meca team come out today to remove a bunch of very large and overgrown landscaping at home. From coming over to quote through doing work they were super responsive and competitive pricing. Upon leaving they cleaned up and left property in better state than arriving.

Mike and team were wonderful, very professional, and so nice. Did an amazing job trimming some very tall trees. Our yard feels new! Submitted an online form for an estimate on a Monday and was called back within an hour. Same day estimate and the following Saturday the work was done!

We have used Meca 3 times, twice for tree removal and once to trim trees on our property. Meca sends out a team to remove trees. It is amazing to watch them work together-it seems every member has an assigned role. They do great work and we have been very happy with their work and efficiency.

Had this crew out to do tree trimming for long-neglected trees. They came quickly, gave a very fair quote, and were able to schedule within a week of calling. Day of, they were timely, professional, and made quick work of our trees. We were more than happy with the work they did, as were our neighbors! Will absolutely use them again.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Meca Tree Service. The price was very good, the workers knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They did a great job cutting down a spruce, including grinding up the trunk and roots below ground level. I had them trim the two red maples in my yard for which they did an excellent job. The clean up was perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall service. I would definitely call them again if I should need such services.

I have been using Meca for probably 20 years on various jobs and always very good service. They leave the area spotless everytime. Mike and his crew do an excellant job. I wouldn't use anyone else for my tree work.

I was not anticipating removing my tree that day but they were removing a tree across the street from my house. I asked for and agreed to their quote and they removed my tree after hers. Great job!!

Owner Mike is fast, organized. Has a wonderful crew that he supervises himself. Two fruit trees, two shrubs and several stumps removed in 90 minutes. Site clean after. Very highly recommended.

Very good work I was very glad how it turn out and the job was really fast the worker are nice

I had a 150+ foot cottonwood on my property line and up against the neighborhood power line. This was a mammoth task and involved coordination with the city, ComEd, and my neighbor. I took bids from three other tree service companies and Meca was the most affordable by a few thousand dollars. I was a bit worried at first that I would end up paying for choosing the most affordable option, but from the moment they arrived to take down the tree, to weeks later when my fencing contractor came to install a fence in the same spot as the old tree, I could not be happier. Their expertise in taking this massive tree down without any impact on my property or those of my neighbors was incredible to watch - I have absolutely no idea how they knew which branch to cut and where to tie it so it would gracefully fall in a seemingly effortless motion! Everyone on the crew was exceptionally professional and polite. I really recommend this company - so much so that I will never use another tree service company.

Excellent service from start to finish! When I called, they were professional and extremely courteous. Mike came out and gave an estimate (fair price!) within a couple of days. The crew showed up and immediately commenced to work. They were finished quickly, cleaned up in way that you would never know that so many branches and limbs had been cut. Within minutes of requesting a quote online on Tuesday, Manny called right away and answered several questions I had and set up a visit to give me a quote. Thursday, he and Mike arrived and we settled on a price i was comfortable with. Saturday morning they showed up with a big crew and started working on removing this massive tree near my garage. Within 3 hours it was gone. They were professional and did an amazing job. Cleaned up every branch and all the dust from the saw. Truly did an amazing job. The entire process from start to finish was all done within the week and am very appreciative of their promptness as a very busy person with little downtime. I am so happy with their work and will recommend their company to everyone i know!
