I can not say enough good things about this company! They are very professional, friendly and very prompt ! Every thing from coming out to give an estimate, to finding the best way to approach a difficult area to cutting down an enormous tree and the final clean up - They are the BEST! Thank you Sinnott Tree Services for all you did to give me relief from worry of a tree falling on my house and hurting/ killing someone!

Sinnott Tree Services did an excellent job of removing old trees from our yard. They were able to work around some tight spots and remove an impressively large Silver Maple. The clean-up was outstanding too. The whole process seemed carefully choreographed and seamlessly executed.

I had a 90 year old American Elm that had to be removed due to disease. It was a nerve-racking (for me) and difficult job due to many factors; age of the tree, the height and width of the tree, narrow access, close to the home and between 4 power lines. Sinnott was incredible. Great customer service, kept in contact with ComEd, with me, and were friendly and conscientious to my neighbors. The work was done with incredible finesse, precision, and safety. It was very clean and controlled. They cleaned all of the neighbors yards, made sure there weren't any remains of their work. If the tree wasn't gone, you wouldn't have known they were here. Fantastic Experience!! Thanks Mack!!

I have had to hire a number of companies for various projects over the past several years. Most of them were very disappointing. This company has definitely won my loyalty. The job was to clear about 100 feet of overgrown bushes about 14 ft deep, trim 4 trees, remove a number of trees and stumps, etc. They also had to remove 85 feet of chain link fence. This was a big job. The owner stayed with his workers the entire time. As the other reviewers said they arrived on time with the correct equipment to get the job done. During the process they noticed a few things that should be added and completed them without additional cost. They worked non-stop at an incredibly fast pace for about 3 hours. Very organized in having the workers move from one task to the next.

They are true arborists and focus on the health of trees. They are the real deal. I will definitely use them again.

I had a huge Elm with Dutch Elm disease. Their estimate was reasonable. They did great work, very respectful of the surrounding landscaping, cleaned everything thoroughly and worked fast. The crew was nice and friendly. Scheduling the job was a dream, Rick understood the urgency due to the Dutch Elm disease. I hated to lose the tree but Rick and his team made the experience easy, fast, efficient and affordable. I recommend them highly!

Mack Trujillo explain the whole process of removing a tree, and I learned a lot from him, he told me what questions to ask if I chose to go with another company even if I didn’t go with him. I felt comfortable with him and they got the job done. This is why I rated them a 5 star.

Great experience working with Mack to remove a large tree and some weed trees along our garage. Came out quickly to give a quote and was able to do the work the next day. Team was fast, efficient and cleaned up nicely.

We had a tree unexpectedly split in half on a Wed morning falling on our deck and into the neighbor's garage walkway. I tried every single tree service in the area and Sinnott was the only service that offered an emergency number to call. I called them on the emergency number about 2pm and by 3:30 I had a crew in my yard, removing a very large maple tree.
They were very professional and did a great job with the removal *which required a bucket truck and a crane* and cleaned up all the debris after.
I highly recommend them, emergency or simply tree trimming. You won't be disappointed.

True Arborists. This company cares about the health of your trees. They are very knowledgeable, extremely professional and efficient. From my first conversation with Mack, I never doubted we were in the best hands for a tricky tree removal. He gave great advice, and was super knowledgeable. They have all the right tools to do the job the right way, did their work with precision and efficiency, and they were all nice. We'll be using them for all tree services in the future--we really can't say enough good things about this team.

Mack and his crew were awesome. The price was right and the crew were super efficient and professional. They took two fairly large trees down with precision and in no time at all. I have recommended them several times since using them and if I am in need of a tree service in the future, you can bet I'll be calling them.

Recent experience with Sinnott Tree Services was very good. Entire process was very smooth, from obtaining a quote to scheduling the work. Proposal was very competitive as well when compared with other companies that had quoted the work. Crew did a great job removing all deadwood and interfering branches and left area clean of all debris. 👍

We just had a huge tree removed by Sinnott Tree Service and I must say these guys were Great. Professionals with the right equipment (cranes and lifts) and safety measures in place. I'll start with I have had two other trees removed in the last 5 years, but this experience was the best. They hoisted the tree limbs over my house to a waiting crew with chainsaws and a chipper. the cuts were all made from a bucket truck and I must say that after blowing off my roof (and my neighbors) I truly believe they left my property Cleaner than it was when they arrived. Did I mention the price was great!! Thank you and hats off to Mack and his crew.

If we could give this company 10 stars we totally would for lots of reasons. We were referred to them by a neighbor who has known Mack for many years and said he was a good guy and did great work. That sure made us feel comfortable so I texted him right away. Turns out he was going to be working in our neighborhood in a few days and offered to come by and see our trees. He showed up on time, gave us a very fair estimate in a matter of minutes, to which I said YES right away. He was back after lunch with a huge crew, two big trucks and a chipper and within 20 minutes our tree was down. They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards and even asked us if we would like to keep any part of the tree to possibly mill for making a piece of furniture. Never even thought about that option. We felt that Mack really had our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Sinnott Tree Services.

We interviewed a number of tree service companies. Mack and his crew stood out as not only the most cost efficient but also incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Mack takes his time to explain the pros and cons of different routes to pursue so the novice home owner like myself can make an informed decision in our best interest. We had an absolute wonderful experience with him and his crew and would highly recommend them.

Sinnott was amazing at removing my 10 dying trees. It was a huge job but they did it very well. There were on time and finished the same day. They cleaned everything up at the end. Mack was very nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

We had such a great experience working with Mack and his crew. He responded immediately after a huge limb came down in our backyard after a thunderstorm. We were so impressed with Mack’s knowledge as an arborist and the time he took to go around our whole backyard and tell us what trees we had and if we should anticipate any future problems. We had a very tight space they worked with to use a crane going over the neighbor’s house and electric and phone lines. Mack also impressed us that he actually put our neighbor’s name and address also on the certificate of insurance along with our info. We will definitely use Sinnott Tree Service again and will recommend to everyone we know.

Sinnott had a very reasonable price to remove a huge tree and a few smaller trees on my property. The pricing and their having a certified arborist gave me the level of comfort that the trimming of a neighbor's tree would be done with the utmost care. Mack was responsive and spent the time to explain their process. Sinnott promptly provide their Certificate of Insurance and had it correct the first time. Frankly, being in construction, I am amazed that they were able to bring a crane, cherrypicker, bobcat, truck with chipper, stump grinding machine, and a 6-man crew for the price that they did. I was further impressed that all of their employees were using full safety gear, not something often seen and/or appreciated in residential work. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
