I called when my AC stopped working and had someone come out the very next morning! They were extremely professional and had the parts to fix the issue the same day. They informed me I had a few more good years left on my unit. They also explained the best way to maintain it for optimal use. I fully trust this company and recommend them to anyone! Great service, trustworthy & fair prices.

Royal American installed a new furnace and A/C unit for my home. They did a free in-home estimate and had the lowest prices of the four estimates we had scheduled. They were quick, efficient and clean and made sure our questions were answered. We would gladly work with them again. The owner, Chris, is a true professional!

James was very professional, courteous, and open in his explanation of our furnaces problem and his recommended remedy. Along with Carlos' help they were able to perform a maintenance program on both of our residential units as well as complete repairs on our upstairs unit. Upon their departure my husband and I discussed how fortunate we were to have them service and maintain our systems. We are very thankful and happy we chose Royal American.

Called on a Monday when the thermostat quick working. Chris sent a technician out within an hour. Got it fixed temporarily until we can run new wire. Ray & Marcos came and ran new wire to the thermostat. System functioning properly now. Both Marcos & Ray explained in detail the repair and what caused it. They stayed and assured system cycled as it should with no hiccups. These are good people to do business with. Recommend for service & installation. Big thanks to the Royal team.

I appreciated the professionalism provided by the specialists from Royal American! I needed to have the furnace replaced and the installation of the central air unit reviewed (it was installed last year with another vendor which didn't go to well). Chris came out and assessed the situation - providing me with a very reasonable estimate to get everything up and running properly and to my satisfaction. The installation took place two days later by royal American. They were the ultimate professionals in removing the old furnace, installing the new one, reconnecting the A/C unit properly and leaving the work area very clean/ I highly recommend Royal American- this was the second large project that Royal American has performed for my family and you can't go wrong with using them! Fast , reliable , professional , and very reasonably priced.

Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with. My fiancé and I had to replace our AC unit and furnace shortly after moving into our new home. We were overwhelmed by the process, but Chris was so helpful. He was honest and didn’t take advantage of our ignorance. We had an inspection of our furnace done and were told we needed to replace it. We contacted Royal American who gave us a competitive quote and they were able to come out to replace it the next morning. We had a great experience start to finish and would highly recommend their services!

Great company, great staff. Thank you, Ray, for all your hard work. Had my boiler replaced and it's saving me money and working efficiently. The area had to be refit as I was replacing a very old boiler. It was done efficiently, fit the space (with room to spare), and everything was completed with excellent materials and neatly finished. This is a locally owned business, and.they are superb.
