Had Bob the plumber come out to my house today he did excellent job I'm fixing my kitchen sink in my bathroom sink he was very professional and very kind he answered all my questions that I asked and my sinks are working good again

I needed a bonded plumber to repair issues found upon inspection of my home for sale. Szabo plumbing was reasonable, professional and did a great job. I will use them always.

Was scheduled for an appointment today between the hours of 8-11 I contacted owner at 11:05 because no one contaccted me. I spoke with her (I could tell she was under the weather by her voice) she informed me she would contact her plumber and give me a call back ...nothing.. It's then 1:15 I call her I literally said hi my appointment was scheduled for 11 it's now 1... no one has shown up . She places me on hold. Returns to the phone saying she contacted the plumber she's sorry she fell asleep she has the flu. I then respond to her . I understand you're not feeling well I however feel that it is slightly unprofessional to not communicate. I own a business and I wpuldnt.. before I can finish my sentence she begins telling and getting very defensive and angry stating that I should be more understanding that hiccups happen, my business isn't as important as hers it's not nearly the same thing. I interrupt her telling her they both are business where you are providing a service. She began to say she was upset and she doesn't want to be worked up because she's going to vomit every where. And her driver will arrive in approx 30 mins. It is now 2:15 and no one. I called the company that contracts them and cancelled . I'm not sure wether she's having just a general bad day or if this the norm ! However either way when approaching a client a owner should never respond in such a matter. Especially when it's still a potential client. I will be posting future reviews to tell people. As a owner you must remember for every 1 customer you do wrong you could potentially lose 25! With that being said I cant comment on their work due to the lack of communication. I hope others don't get the same treatment

Installed new ejector pump and new cover. Only 5 of 8 cover bolts installed 3 of the 5 were loose, called to complain owner gave me a hard time and total attitude. Owner came out refused to take ownership of the poor quality and threatened me on his way out the door after a verbal dispute. Stay away from this contractor. Very sloppy work all around as well.

Rich came out and Installed a New 40 gallon Hot water tank in less than 3 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, and speedy. Highly recommended.
