HVAC reviews in Millstadt, Illinois

Ducts of Metro East - Millstadt, IL

I was just about to occupy our new “high end” new construction home. Although cleaned, but not quite to our standards regarding dust, debris from plaster, etc. My timeline was limited, yet Shawn adjusted his schedule to accommodate our concerns. He and his co-worker were timely, they worked non-stop for 4 hours and our home was cleaned!! They created little dust themselves, and cleaned up thoroughly. I HIGHLY recommend 👍🏻 without reservation!

We have used DOW for many years. Always professional, reasonable & excellent service.

Tried to give them my business. Called set up an appointment, didn’t show. Made a couple other attempts to get ahold of them, would not return our messages.

Extremely professional, honest and quick/quality service. I recommend DOW Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone in the area.

Expert service at competitive prices by honest and professional people. Our family has always been very happy with DOW and would highly recommend!

Dow has such a great response time when we need them. They are so polite and respectful as well!

Highly professional HVAC company who showed up when scheduled, gave a thorough bid, installed new unit, A/C Coil, as stated, left the property in better condition, and completed the job in less than their bid time. I will be referring this company from now on!

We have used Dow Heating and Cooling for years. We have had nothing but excellent service. We just installed two new units in our commercial building and another perfect job. We would and do recommend them always!

We have been using DOW Heating and Air for many years!! Always provides excellent service and always can count on them in an emergency. Would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services. Thank you for being a reliable and trusting service provider.

DOW provided my family with professional, reliable and affordable HVAC services. They installed a brand new system in our house and we were totally satisfied. I would recommend Duane and the DOW team to anyone with any HVAC system need.

We have 2 separate units for our house, one in the basement and one in the attic. Our upstairs heater ran non-stop over night and we couldn't get it to stop. We had another company come in, say it was fixed and charged us an exorbitant amount of money. Days later is was broken again

Dwayne and his employee worked for hours into the evening to get us set to a workable point until he could come back the next day with a new part. He explained what the other company had done; I showed him our invoice only to find out that the other company charger us $99.00 for a $4.00 part.

Needless to say, DOW is the absolute BEST Heating and Air Conditioning service! I'll never use anyone else!

Absolutely love them! Always going above and beyond to help. Fixed my thermostat last year after someone who claimed to know how messed up my system but DOW fixed it. Recently they came out and fixed my furnace over heating also. Great people great service all around d 2ould give 10/5 if possible. My whole family trusts DOW

Excellent/Professional Service! As a former coworker pre HVAC I’ve known Duane for many years, thus I have used DOW’s Service many times in the past on the HVAC System that was already installed on my home when I purchased it. When it came time to replace my HVAC system (TODAY!) there was no question where my business was going, it went to DOW, why? Because of the honest professionalism and fairness that has been shown to me over the years. The new install looks/works great, not to mention is significantly more efficient than my old HVAC System.
DOW Thanks for your service!

DOW Heating And Air Conditioning helped us on many occasions with our furnace and AC. When our AC went out in the middle of summer, they were able to answer our questions, come out and got things going quickly. When our furnace had problems, they were able to once again, come out quickly, check things out, found the issue, and had things running in no time. We received, fast, affordable, and professional service! I highly recommend DOW Heating And Air Conditioning!
