We have 2 separate units for our house, one in the basement and one in the attic. Our upstairs heater ran non-stop over night and we couldn't get it to stop. We had another company come in, say it was fixed and charged us an exorbitant amount of money. Days later is was broken again

Dwayne and his employee worked for hours into the evening to get us set to a workable point until he could come back the next day with a new part. He explained what the other company had done; I showed him our invoice only to find out that the other company charger us $99.00 for a $4.00 part.

Needless to say, DOW is the absolute BEST Heating and Air Conditioning service! I'll never use anyone else!

Absolutely love them! Always going above and beyond to help. Fixed my thermostat last year after someone who claimed to know how messed up my system but DOW fixed it. Recently they came out and fixed my furnace over heating also. Great people great service all around d 2ould give 10/5 if possible. My whole family trusts DOW

Excellent/Professional Service! As a former coworker pre HVAC I’ve known Duane for many years, thus I have used DOW’s Service many times in the past on the HVAC System that was already installed on my home when I purchased it. When it came time to replace my HVAC system (TODAY!) there was no question where my business was going, it went to DOW, why? Because of the honest professionalism and fairness that has been shown to me over the years. The new install looks/works great, not to mention is significantly more efficient than my old HVAC System.

When our furnace had problems, they were able to once again, come out quickly, check things out, found the issue, and had things running in no time. Duane and Alex were amazing!! Duane came out within 2 hours of me calling him 2 days in a row. We had another company do repairs a month prior and the AC unit was running hard for the entire month. Duane quickly found and repaired the issues that the other company caused and filled out a report for us to get restitution for the mistakes the other company made. The bill he sent was more than reasonable at 1/5 the cost what the other company had charged and I would have gladly paid more.
We will be using Dow for as long as we live in this area!!!

Dow Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and air conditioning in the downstairs part of our building. They did a great job. They are professional, kind and completed all the work in one day. Their prices are fair and I completely trust their recommendations. I would recommend Dow Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of their services. We called Dow again in September 2023 to replace our HVAC units in the upstairs office and they again did an excellent job. I can't recommend them enough!

Exceptional service and very convenient! They are available and responded to my furnace quiting within the hour and on a weekend! Everything was checked such as thermostat to make sure not a mistake on my part; Fixed what needed to be repaired without driving up the cost! The only problem is my furnace went out again early in the morning on a cold Sunday so Im hoping it can be fixed; Provides recommendations to avoid costly future repairs! Very highly recommend!!!

I have used these guys for years! They are absolutely amazing. I noticed our furnace stopped working and so I called a little bit ago. Alex helped me get it back up and running! Thank goodness in these sub-zero temperatures. Love love love these guys!
