The service tech was knowledgeable and did a good job. Unfortunately, they didn't follow through on the agreed price. I chose to have my humidifier checked for $99 instead of $125 because it would give me the same level of attention at a lower cost. However, I ended up being charged the more expensive option. The billing process was frustrating, and when I brought it up, they became argumentative about crediting me. It's disappointing to be overcharged by such a small amount, especially when it was clearly communicated upfront.

Climate Masters has saved our family twice from a stuffy home - thanks to their swift response, flexible scheduling, and outstanding service. Despite having an antiquated furnace over 20 years old, they didn't recommend replacing it. I'm confident in knowing who to call next time.

He completed the necessary inspection and repair promptly. The work was done efficiently and at a price I was comfortable with. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
