RJ O'Neil's professional staff installed my water heater and I couldn't be happier. The technician, Dan, arrived at the time I was given. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He took great care during the install laying down a tarp on my stairs and left the area clean. I noticed drops of water dripping from upstairs on the floor in my basement and mentioned it to Dan. Without hesitation, he said he would check, and sure enough the toilet upstairs was leaking. He addressed the issue right then and there. Edited to add that I decided to change out two additional toilets and they sent out Stephen to replace them. He, too was top notch! If you're looking for excellent customer service, professional and kind staff who love their job, as well as excellent products at a fair price, I highly recommend RJ O'Neil.

If you want a plumber who is overpriced charges APPRENTICE FEES then these are the people for you! I never even was shown picture of the alleged leak. THEY WILL MILK YOU FOR THE CHARGES.It took 2 times and still they couldn't show us a leak but they could show us a bill UNBELIEVABLE. UNTRUSTWORTHY. LOOK ELSEWHERE
